IT WAS A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY FOR MY FAMILY - Jacky has arranged a wonderful tour for my family vacations.He was very patiently answer all my questions from very begining i contacted him via Whatsapp.The hotel he arranged for us was Sapa Relax Hotel and Vacanza Premier Hotel in Hanoi was super clean and strategic location, it was very convenient for us to move around.My request to visit Fansipan on our arrival was completely fullfiled with his super organized team that at least we could manage to visit Fansipan Mountain before the cable car was closed for maintenance on next day.The Aqua Marine cruise was superb to at Halong Bay.We was surprised to receive a souvinier on our last day of tour from Jacky as memorable gift for us to bring back from Vietnam.I could highly recommend Jacky Travel to whom wish to have a memorable vacations.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay. - Got to know about Jacky travels by google search when we planned our Vietnam trip. Hanna from Jacky travels responded promptly, from the day 1 she had been very politely answering all our queries and doubts about Vietnam, our trip and food arrangements, also accommodated any changes we made to the itenery with her valuable suggestions. Hanna, helped to arrange for a private tour for our grp of 9pax (Hanoi, sapa, ha long bay cruise and Ninh Binh). Right from airport pick up back to airport everything was arranged/planned very well including transport, accommodation and food (we did request for Halal/Indian food through out our trip which was awesom). All request or change in plan were nicely accommodated and changed accordingly. Whatever mutually agreed in itenery were fully entertained without any hiccups. They also arranged local sim cards at reasonable price, arranged a birthday party on cruise for nominal price. A special thanks to Hanna, for her patience, for almost 2 months during our planning stage until our plan was firm. She came down to hotel to meet us on our first day and last day before departure, during our 9 days stay in Vietnam she enquuired about our stay, food and travel arrangements everyday, even after we reach back home, she was enquiring about us. Memorable Trip Organized By Jacky Travels - We had made a very last minute plan for Vietnam. We usually do our own research and book but I am glad we booked through Jacky Travels for a 4 night vacation covering Hanoi and HaLong Bay. Ms Smiley and her team were absolutely fantastic. From the choice of hotel location to the selection of tour partners.. her choices were fantastic. We were able to secure 5 star luxury cruise and 4 star hotels. Ms Smiley adds a personal touch by being genuinely involved that her guests are having a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We took her advice on places to eat, places to shop and specific advice for excellent suggestions for vegetarian cuisines. In my view, booking through a local agency turned out to be much better than booking through India based agencies. Highly recommended for folks travelling from India.

Smooth sailing and a great introduction to northern Vietnam with personalized service every step of the way. - Just finished spending 11 days in Vietnam with my partner and a good friend with his wife and six-year-old boy. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Ninh Binh, and Sa Pa. The trip was incredibly well, organized, and comfortable every step of the way. Smiley at Jackie Travel proposed the perfect itinerary before our arrival, and it included a cruise on the bay, a Foodie Tour in Hanoi (which was the best food we ate during our entire day), a wonderful tour guide in Sa Pa and private transfers from one place to another (this itinerary includes lots of ground transportation, but it was as comfortable as could be). Smiley stayed in contact with us every step of the way, and took care of any small details, which frankly were few and far between due to excellent organization in advance. Frankly, this itinerary would’ve been a nightmare to pursue! Thank you, Smiley for making the entire time a pleasure. 😁

Excellent guide and local food - Vin was an excellent and accommodating guide who took us to places that felt like where the locals would eat. Not only did he give us alternatives, after finding out that we had tried one of the dishes earlier in the day he took us to try something different. Very knowledgeable and also told us about the history around the different areas. Would strongly recommend and would go again!
