Generous and insightful tours - Lan Anh and Hài Công were our wonderful tour guides during our trip to Hanoi. They went above and beyond to show us the best places in the old quarter and were very generous with their time. They gave us some interesting information about Hanoi’s history, about Vietnamese culture and their daily lives. They also helped us find some good fruit and tea at Dong Xuan market, translating for us with the sellers and agreeing prices. Overall they were a lovely pair to explore Hanoi with!

It's an unforgettable experience as a passenger riding behind on Hoa's bike, we'd been to many scenery spots & places. - Hoa Nguyen she was my best tour guide as she is always smiling and hospitality to use her motorcycle 🏍️ to brought me to visit a very big circle of Hannoi City, including the French Quarter and the old city street. Nearly end of the tour, we have authentic Vietnamese food, high quality coffee, and we'd been to Roman Catholic cathedral, entered inside the church; the bar street and we'd beers when sitting on the pathway; watching Street Dance Performance. It's such an exciting afternoon and enjoyable evening. Lots of thanks to Hoa for her time and accompany! Best wishes for her future. Regards from Colin.

Highly recommended - We had a fantastic tour of the Old Quarter with our guide Tien. We visited the temple on the lake, walked around the streets in the Old and French quarters, had a delicious street food meal and cherry on the cake saw the train brushing us at Train Street. Throughout Town offered plenty of explanations about the monuments but also about life in Vietnam. It was a fantastic and fun occasion to discover this beautiful town and learn about the local culture.thank you!

Awesome and must do! - To sum it all, we enjoyed the tour that Lily and Long took us. We visited the temple on HOAN KIEM lake, leaned and exchange our culture and history. We also visited the French quarter. Lily showed us an ice cream place from 1958. They have a local flavor which is rice flake. We certainly took lots of pictures. Would like to take Lily and Long for lunch but they both had prior engagements. Lily recommended a great and good value local restaurant to end our tour. Thank you, Lily and Long. Good luck to your future endeavors!

Great Personal Tour! - Tour was excellent and customized to my requirements as I was the only one. Nevertheless, Gracie, the guide answered all my questions and some more with detailed information which I couldn't get on the group tours. Highly recommended

Hanoi Free Tour Group Very Good - I found Hanoi Free Tour Group by chance. Very happy with Nguyen Duc, a recent school graduate. He was very knowledgeable about Vietnamese history. He spoke very good English, a very good guide. We took his scooter to a couple museums, then to a local mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant for lunch- excellent. It was a one on one tour- can’t beat that, no huge crowd to tag along with.

Well Worth It -- Just Please DO Tip the Students! - This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know a few local students practicing their English. Took us wherever we had an interest in going including a quick walk around the lake, to the temple, to enjoy some ice cream and our highlight -- a stop at "note coffee" for some egg coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our students. Be ready to walk quick! And please remember to tip the students -- my ask -- not theirs!
