A must have tour in old quarter - At first we were skeptical whether to take this tour or not, since we thought that we are already walking around the old quarter and there is not much to see.
But our tour guide Andrew he took us around and explained the significance of the place and we enjoyed going around with him
He also took us to the train street where he reserved seats for us and we got to see the train crossing the train street
It was magnificent. Thanks for taking us around and taking good pictures for us.

Wonderful Guide, great food, super efficiency ! - Lana at Crossings was very prompt and helpful with my booking.
Pietro our fantastic guide was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful... there was no request too big for him! He took us on a wonderful culinary journey - tried rolls with grilled pork, famous bahn Mi , delicious pho ga dry and a special ice cream plus an exciting Train street visit which was my highlight! The iced salt coffee was heavenly ...
Pietro arranged all this:- special seating , no waiting time for us to savour these delights.
He even took us to a supermarket to buy Vietnamese foodstuff and cashews and peppered the tour with interesting facts and a history of Hanoi.
His English is excellent and he took good care of all of us !

MUST VISIT IN HANOI - TRAIN STREET & THE OLD QUARTER. - Crossing Vietnam tour company is truly amazing. It was a last minute trip for and they arranged it so promptly for me through WhatsApp.
Tour guide assign was Ashley. She is a truly exceptional tour guide— she speaks good english & is knowledgeable, warm and incredibly patient. She made every moment of the tour engaging and informative, all while keeping a constant eye on the safety and comfort of each guest. Her passion and professionalism made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Bruno is INCREDIBLE - This is the BEST city tour! I HIGHLY recommend Bruno and this tour. Bruno was absolutely incredible and gave us a tour we will never forget. He was accommodating, on time, and super informative. He gave us food recommendations and shared his story with us. He is truly a GEM and he also takes the best pictures. Stop looking around, book this tour and ask for Bruno!
