What an excellent day! - Our group arranged for a Spanish-speaking guide, and we were thoroughly impressed. Tom, our guide, was knowledgeable, fluent in Spanish, and made our day delightful. We highly recommend Mr. Tom to anyone visiting Hanoi and seeking a Spanish-speaking guide!

An interesting experience in Hanoi - It was an amazing experience in Hanoi. Our guide Harry did an excellent job; he had extensive knowledge about the attractions in Hanoi and explained all our questions in a clear and humorous manner. The itinerary was very well-organized, making us feel comfortable and not bored. Harry also took us to experience a variety of Hanoi's specialty foods. Honestly, if we had to find these authentic places on our own online, it would have been very challenging. Both my spouse and I particularly enjoyed the egg coffee; it was truly delicious and unique. Thank you, Harry. We greatly appreciate this trip.

It was a great experience. - Nguon is our guide when we travel to Hanoi. He took us to many gourmet locations that were hard to find ourselves. Not only does he have a great knowledge of local cuisine, he also shares a lot of cultural knowledge that enriches the whole experience. His friendly attitude made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout our journey. It was an unforgettable experience!

Day tour in Ha Noi - A day exploring interesting places in Hanoi was truly enjoyable. Wendy was an enthusiastic and friendly guide; we learnt a lot from her. I especially enjoyed the food experience with the company - all meals were delicious and a great presentation of the local food. The hotel we stayed at was also very convenient and comfortable. We were very satisfied with everything.

Recommend private city tour - Excellent Hanoi private city tour; fully recommended for couples or people traveling with limited time or if you love personalized travel. Our guide Ha Hoang was very attentive, knowledgeable about the culture, and flexible with the agenda since we had to adjust due to long lines at the mausoleum. You get a private car for most of the day. Lunch was very tasty and plentiful. You finish the day with a Cyclo tour in the old quarter to get to know a lot of the streets and shops. Overall a great experience for first timers in Hanoi.

Saw and learned so much. - Joseph did an excellent job with the tour. We saw so much and took hundreds of pictures. There was a lot of walking, and we were surprised at how long the tour lasted.

Very Historical Tour. - The tour included some very historical sites in the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of each of the sites, but left out stops that were supposed to be part of the tour. There is more walking than expected, but there were no hills so it wasn’t too hard.

Nice guide but overall lack of communication from company is thumbs down - For the money I paid I would expected more. I first asked for a specific translator and if they speak English that would be great but was asked 3pm the day before the tour and then told it would be extra for non English guide which I thought it was a done deal. I was arriving that afternoon and didn’t see email at like 5pm and responded with questions but got no response. This was huge disappointment. Second, I would expect that guide would be more knowledgeable about the history. I have been on tours where the guide provides history while heading to destination and there was none provided. When I asked the answer was bit off. Third, for one of the locations - I didn’t know there was a dress code and nothing was mentioned in my email at 3pm… and also they didn’t realize that you can’t bring snacks which was in one of the bags which could have been easily put in the car and avoided. In the end, the guide was nice and apologizing. However for the money paid - I would expect lack of communication to be a huge disappointment…. And maybe better to go via a big tour rather than private.

Terrible. - Considering the price I have to say that I had greater expectations. I expect a professional firm and a guide with a name sign and the company's clothes. It is after all this one pays for, a “luxury experience). Well, it wasn't. We paid almost $500 for a family (2 adults and 2 children), and little of the experience was especially VIP. We have done similar private guide around the world and in Vietnam, but this seemed very simple. Not least that the guide has a slightly nuanced picture of the presentation of the story. The guide portrays the attractions with historical errors, and sincerely believes in propaganda from a communist regime. In a tour like this we spent half the day at the Ho Chi Minh Mosquito, and the description in the program is misleading. Just take a closer look, it is divided up in such a way that it looks like you are at different attractions but in reality you are on the mosquito 70% of the time. That the guide has a tunnel view of his own perception of historical facts, I think is under any criticism. Those engaged in tourism in the rest of the class should have nuanced communications of events and historical facts. Something that also draws the experience very down is that at several points during the trip there were people who filmed and took pictures of you while they apparently “talked” on the phone. Or that they pretended to be filming attractions to randomly turn around to film you. This was very unpleasant, and the guide had no explanation for this strange phenomenon. This was very unpleasant and must be a form of fraud. There's nothing else I can't understand. If you want to have a private trip, avoid this. That find more.

Very bad and dishonest tour agency - The local tour operator was simply dishonest with this booking. Paying so much for a Private tour which indicates it’s with Guide and Driver. During lunch, the driver disappears and I am told I have to walk for the rest of the day. The tour operator calls and stays yelling. His program sent to me on Watsapp is different from what I booked on viator. The tour guide then has to book the local taxi and pay to bring me to the next destination - waiting and wasting time. I have all the photo proof. Do NOT book this Dishonest tour. They should be black listed.
