We were taken to Domestic Arrivals instead of International Departures - Our driver showed up with a tiny hatchback car and the hatchback was already full of stuff to take 2 people to the airport. We had 2 large suitcases plus carryon bags. We had to put bags in the front seat and on our laps. He then dropped us at Domestic Arrivals when we had arranged for International Departure! We didn't know it until we dragged all of our bags across the street and into the terminal. I had to run back across the street to the car to stop him from driving away. He barely understood or spoke English so he didn't understand the problem. I had to send multiple texts to the service. After an extended back and forth via WhatsApp and them calling him he finally got the message. My husband had to drag all our bags back by himself because I didn't dare walk away from the car. We reloaded the car and he had to drive us some distance to get to the International Departure terminal. We could not have walked it. He laughed about it. The service tried to make excuses about him maybe having "family issues". Not excuse for what he did. It added 20 minutes to us getting to the airport and a huge amount of stress. The service then texted me again telling me he drove to the airport every day and he just made a mistake. Then they texted me that they wouldn't let him take anyone else to the airport till they sent him for more training in a month! Terrible service.
