Fun and relaxing - We had heard good things so got a 2 day pass. We spent about three hours there each time, riding the hydroxide, swimming in the regular pool then soaking in a hot pool. It was busy both days, but the lines for the slides weren't long and we always found room in a hot tub. It's expensive, but worth it if you make use of what's on offer.

Amazing hot pools - Our family has really enjoyed the hot pools, particularly the aquatherapy pools with body massage and warm/ clean water. The thermal pools were great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lockers/ changing rooms were clean and easy to use. Highly recommended. Very family friendly service and environment.

Perfect family day - We had a wonderful time. The food at the Cafe was excellent with big portions, would next time share it. Advice book online, we passed a long line and just walked in. Kids were entertained the whole day. What an experience.

Splash and Soak - Was a great day spent sliding, soaking in hot pools, and splashing about in the river pool. It was very crowded but it’s peak holiday time so that’s what you get. Definitely got much busier after 1 so head on in early if you want to avoid the worst of the crowds. The coffee in the kiosk was good too! That was a surprise.

Hot Pools and Waterslides -- Something for Everyone! - We were still recovering from a Masters' sporting event when we arrived in Hanmer Springs, and a few hours relaxing in the thermal pools was just what we needed. There are a dozen or more outdoor hot pools of different sizes, all similar temperatures, and just the one we found that had a sulphur content (and slight smell!) But there's more... There is a small swimming pool, a whole section for kids, plus -- the best bit -- 2 big waterslides, where you grab a figure-8 tube, climb up a lot of steps, and get on/in (2 people are better than one) and launch yourselves into the tunnel. It's an absolute blast! My legs gave out from all the stairs long before I'd had enough! The changing rooms are not huge, and on a holiday weekend are likely to be busy. Only a few of the hot pools have shades, so you need to be careful if it's a sunny day. There's a snack bar too, and (of course) a gift shop.
