Ticket Collection Instructions:
Upon issuance of your digital pass online, you can acquire a physical version using your identification at the ticketing booth, post 18:00 on the concert day. The booth is conveniently located opposite the Yue Fei Temple, within the event premises. We also offer a pick-up transfer service.
Important Information:
• Proof of identification (passport/Local Chinese ID/Travel Permit) is mandatory during ticket reservation and entry.
• Once issued, tickets are definitive and cannot be modified or revoked.
• Seating arrangements are random. Reservation of specific spots is not allowed.
• In case the event is prematurely halted due to unavoidable circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, geological threats or equipment malfunction, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement.
