Great way to get to the hotel from the airport as a family - Transportation from the airport to the hotel was efficient especially coming off of a long flight and not knowing how to navigate the city transportation.

Good choice - Our driver was polite and helpful. I mentioned that I wanted to buy water. He went to get the car and he gave me water. I was very impressed. The car ride was pleasant, comfortable and safe.

Perfect experience - After a 14 hour flight the last thing I wanted to deal with was the Tokyo metro/train system. This service was fantastic. The communication prior was comforting and informative. The driver and car were great. Highly recommend.

Overall Disappointing. - The tour operator never sent details on where the pick up would actually occur. They were not waiting outside customs with a sign. I believe they were outside in the street waiting but never communicated that with me. Had they sent directions like "out side customs at Haneda, take the escalator down one level and look for a van license # XXXXXX." I would have found them easily. Eventually after trading messages via the viator app and asking them to call me, a driver appeared and showed me the booking on his phone. He did not speak English. This was harder than it should have been. I won't book an airport transfer with Viator again.

Car service from Haneda Airport Tokyo to hotel - Trip was prearranged and paid for a couple weeks in advance to ensure smooth, good service. Driver was on time but had severe cold and snorted his nose entire way in car. He was not wearing a mask and touched all of our bags before we knew this. Car also reeked of cigarettes. Very disappointed.
