A great informative tour - Bryan certainly knew his stuff and could probably give a lecture on English history. The tour took us to some interesting places, some things you wouldn't notice without the knowledge of their significance. A good tour, Which is well worth the money.

An excellent way to understand and appreciate Winchester - Whilst I enjoy seeing old stones, it is the history and the human connections that give them meaning. The delight of a walking tour is that you can travel through all the different phases of human history and come away with a grand overview. Our guide was knowledgeable and easy to talk to - questions were well received. There was so much to see, and interesting bits - it will appeal to different people differently. Whilst we saw the great Cathedral, and other connections, for me, the walk along the old city wall was a highlight. Greatly enjoyed, and at a pace that allowed us to 'be there' in the moment.

Excellent tour guide - We had Brian on two walking tours while in Southampton on July 15 and 16. One was the Journey Through Winchester's Past in Winchester and the other Walk the Secrets of the Titanic in Southampton. He did an excellent job on both. Highly recommend.

Great overview of Winchester - We were staying 10 minutes away in an AirBNB as base for day trips around the area. We selected a tour with Brian because, frankly, I (the mom) was tired of being tour guide for our family after 12 days of driving around Southern England. Brian's dry sense of humor was enjoyable, but more than that his knowledge was extensive. We got to see all the important parts of the city in this birds-eye overview, which took a lot of stress off of me as the default family guide. We discovered a lot of areas that we'd never have found on our own, even in this tiny city. Recommend Brian as an affordable and enjoyable way to see this cute place!

Great morning touring with Gail. - Gail was our guide for the walking tour through Winchester we enjoyed her enthusiasm and knowledge of this beautiful and historic city. Gail took on on both the beaten path and the not so beaten path. We now have a window into Winchester’s past and look forward to returning to continue more exploration. Thank you Gail.
