Highlights
  • Hamburg Town Hall - We can only visit this imposing building in the city center from the outside, as there are guided tours of the building. You can also tell the story from the outside.
  • St. Petri Kirche - The oldest church in the city has passed all the adversities of time
  • Domplatz - Where was the cathedral? What happened? Was it stolen by evil Vikings? Has it been burned? You will discover it on the tour
  • Trostbrucke - Was it a comfort when the death row was acquitted here, or is it possible that the name comes for another reason? This and much more you will learn at this stop
  • St. Nikolai Memorial - Here you will find out what the Second World War meant for Hamburg
  • Deichstrasse - You feel the eighteenth century with every step you take on this street. Beautiful buildings from other times are still preserved here.
  • Speicherstadt - A huge construction project is almost destroyed in World War II, but today it shines again with all its splendor. Also in this case, the rule is: some things can be seen, others can only be counted.
  • Elbphilharmonie - Even today, many people in Hamburg still see this building with ambiguous feelings. But this has to do mainly with its history. It’s awesome anyway
  • Hopfenmarkt - Here we discover the secrets of Hamburg’s beer and the city’s breweries and learn how hamburgers keep a secret.

Excellent and with Jan, better. - I have visited Hamburg several times for free, but this time the family came and I decided to try this free tour. I LOVED it. Jan is a hamburger with an Argentine Spanish. I liked that it introduces us, not only the history, but also the way of being of the burgers. Every time I welcome family (I live in another German city), I will definitely take them on this tour. Thanks Jan! Dankeschön!

A very hamburger experience - We did the tour with Jan, a true hamburger who speaks perfect Spanish with an Argentine accent. Very enjoyable tour, mix of history and anecdotes, through the center, it does not reach the panzone of docks and port. I recommend it, you will have a good time and learn greetings. Tschuss!

100% recommended - Excellent tour. The tour is very varied and the girl who gave the tour was very informed and was able to answer all the questions we had. We were worried since we were traveling with my daughter by car, but the tour can be done perfectly and the guide has no problems waiting for us.
