Great private tour! - Florian is local and he is familiar with the history of the area and many interesting facts that you won’t find on the internet. It is a great private tour.

A great way to see the area - An excellent tour. Glad I went with this one. Florian, our guide, was excellent - very knowledgeable and very balanced in talking about the good and the bad of this area. He spoke immaculate English and was pleasant and witty company.

Great Experience - Great Experience! Took us all around the St Pauli and Reeperbahn stopping at key areas and giving us history of the city. We visited at the end of February. The best time to visit is between Easter and October on a weekend to get the full experience! Thankfully we had dry weather despite it being cold! Our guide, Florian, was extremely knowledgable and funny, making the experience relaxed and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend, but the subjects are a little risqué so maybe best not to go with work…

Florian made a huge... - Florian made a huge effort to come out for just me and my girlfriend for what turned into a private tour. We had a great experience which felt very personalised and would definitely recommend this tour.

Funny and interesting tour - Florian is not your usual tour guide: a Hamburg native with a degree in economics, a former Amazon HR director, and a former social worker. He’s passionate about Hamburg and his tour reflects it: he had such a fascinating breadth of information about so many aspects of the city and the country. Social, political, historical, geographical. He’s funny and interesting, and we had a great two-hour tour. He recommended a great restaurant for dinner afterwards too. I’d recommend this tour.

The tour was cancelled at... - The tour was cancelled at the last minute on the afternoon itself - just a couple of hours before it was supposed to happen. The saving grace was that the provide did reach out via WhatsApp to explain that I was the only person on the tour hence they had to cancel it.

Our experience w/ Hamburg Walking Tour - Tour never happened. The owner Florian sent us a text the day before to cancel our tour. Then it got weird. In the text I told Florian I was disappointed but that led to Florian texting me much later next day with this crazy long excuse and sob story that quilted us into moving forward with a disgruntled Florian being our guide. This was also bizarre because Florian canceled the tour but was inconsistant with communication and all of this could had been avoided. Florian made communication very stressful and confusing. Thankfully, Viator issued us a refund.... We found another tour that the hotel recommended. I would be very hesitant to book with Florian because after the hardship text we received we would not recommend other travelers take a chance and possibly miss the tour. Viator was great. They sent strong communication and handled the refund easily.

Tour is cancelled due to illness! - Unfortunately the tour was cancelled 3 hours before due to illness. Nobody can help illness, so my evaluation is not meaningful. Funny though, there are several other reviews where other people have had the same experience.
