Private Walking Tour in Hamburg a must! - Deniz was brilliant, knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Adapted our trip around what we wanted to see. Definitely recommend to book this trip, very good value for money.

Amazing experience! - Dean was both affable and knowledgeable. He mixed his kiwi humour and being down-to-earth with professionalism. You can tell he could talk all day about a myriad topics but unfortunately there is only so much time one has! He really made our trip to Hamburg great and we would recommend him to anybody visiting the city. We’ve come away with a greater appreciation for Hamburg and German culture in general. Very happy! I highly recommend the tour and Ralf! He was an awesome guide. - My guide Ralf was awesome. His knowledge of the history of Hamburg was amazing and he was great at answering questions and educating me about Hamburg. I feel like I had a Uni course! He has a great sense of humor and is quite engaging, which made the 4 hours fly by. boo this tour- it's well worth it.

Fantastic city tour with Ralf. An absolutely top-level experience! - Ralf, my tour guide, is extremely knowledgeable about the history and sites of Hamburg. Whatever your interests, he'll know exactly the right places to go and what see. He has a great sense of humor, which made a 4 hour walking tour fly by. He listens to your interests and weaves those into a tour rich in the history of Hamburg. Take the tour, and if you get Ralf, you are in for a brilliant time!

Hamburg Walking Tour - Booked a 3hr walking tour of Hamburg with Deniz. From the moment we met Deniz we knew we would have a great tour as he is very friendly and outgoing. Deniz brought us to areas of Hamburg we simply would not have found by ourselves. Any questions we had he answered with ease and enthusiasm. We would highly recommend Deniz from City Unscripted to anyone considering a walking tour of Hamburg.

Great experience with exceptional host - The guide: Our guide Dave was and is a treasure. Very knowledgeable, sincere welcoming, friendly and a great host. He has been in Hamburg for 10 years and knows his way around pretty well. (5/5) The tour: we did not want to take the "typical" tourist routes. Therefore we chose Eimsbüttel as our prefered destination. The planning of the tour itself was good. Our guide Dave also showed us several hidden gems in the area. Unfortunately he did not have a lot of time (1 day) to prepare the tour since our former guide was replaced on short notice - this does not in any way reflect on Dave who is an exveptional host and did the best in this short amount of time. With a little more time to prepare it would have been exceptional. The tour was in english (4/5). Overall: The experience was from our perspective very good and we can highly recommend it to others. Make sure to be very specific in your request on what you expect to experience.

Hamburg walk - Dave is a lovely chap and was excellent company throughout the entire walk. We left with a feel for and an understanding of Hamburg which we would not have otherwise had, which was the main object of the exercise. I'm not sure the Nazi-era Bunker added anything though - would recommend anyone skips that and visits the Town Hall instead.
