Trip to the Yukon from Skagway - Our driver Clay was very informative and passionate about the area we traveled through, we stopped at interesting and beautiful places for pictures and to see wildlife. The mushers camp was not as expected. One of the highlights in the brochure was to play with husky puppies, at the time they only had one and she was asleep. But it was neat seeing the dogs and how excited they got to pull the ATV. The lunch was pretty good and I recommend trying the Sweet Beaver shot. We also got to see black bears on the side of the road up close ( while safely in the bus).

Heavenly - The scenery is inexplicably beautiful! One of the best tours in Alaska! Although the dog sledding was more of an ATV ride (and no touching the pups), the tour as a whole was much better than expected! I just can't express enough how beyond gorgeous it was!

Dog Sledding Adventure – A Must-Do Experience! - Our dog sledding excursion was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, we had an incredible time, and a big part of that was thanks to our amazing tour guide, Drake. He kept us laughing the entire time with his fantastic sense of humor—including a hilarious 15-minute punch line that had everyone in stitches. Beyond the laughs, Drake was also incredibly knowledgeable about the area and made the experience feel personal and engaging. Plus, he’s a great photographer and helped us capture some amazing shots! When we arrived at the dog sled camp, we were welcomed by Michelle, a true legend in the world of dog sledding. She placed 4th in the Iditarod, and it was such a privilege to learn from someone with that level of experience and passion. She shared so much insight about the sport and the dogs, and we even got to ride with one of her A-teams—an absolutely thrilling experience. If you’re looking for an authentic, fun, and educational adventure in Alaska, this dog sledding tour is a must. Between Drake’s humor and Michelle’s expertise, it was the highlight of our trip!

Unforgettable experience - Absolutely fantastic trip. Noah the guide was funny, helpful, knowledgeable and took us to spectacular viewing points. The husky puppies were gorgeous along with the other non running dogs, followed by an exciting ride pulled along by the runners. We would all highly recommend it, well worth the cost.

Great day - Tour guide was wonderful! Lunch was great. My friends went on the train ride and were jealous of our adventure when they heard about all of the stops we made.

Beautiful sights and puppy love. - Our driver, Chad, was so awesome. They picked us up right outside the terminal and we drove up into Canada to see and play with some real life sled dogs. He was a plethora of information and stopped at all the beautiful sights to let us out to take pictures and just marvel at the wonders of the scenery. We drank water from a glacier waterfall, saw Emerald Lake, stopped at the Welcome to Alaska Sign and the Yukon sign among others. The Sled Dog stop was about an hour (too short for everyone, but who doesn't want to spend all day playing with sweet puppies, right). We got to be "pulled" on a jeep by actual sled dogs who compete in different races, play with their puppies, and have a quick and delicious lunch before heading back. 10 out of 10 stars!

Too hot a bus, but cute puppies. - The lunch and being with the puppies was definitely a plus. But the ride was too long and the driver didn’t know how to turn off the heater which made the ride very uncomfortable.

Not much time with dogs but worth the trip for scenery. A fun day. - Previous reviewers were right on so take note. It is 4 hours of riding, 15 min of dog ride and 45 min for lunch/shopping. Because I knew what to expect it was fine and fun. Honestly being pulled in the motorized vehicle behind the dogs was interesting but I didn’t need more than 15 min (some reviewers thought it was too short). Food was good. For sure do not drink much at the place because they do not take a bathroom break on the return trip. I am thankful I read that in advance. On the way there, you have a chance to use a stinky outhouse and if you had coffee you should take this chance. The scenery is breathtaking and worth the trip. If you know what the trip will be, you will enjoy it.

Excursion Canceled Day Before - Refund was Prompt - My main thing i wanted to do on our Alaskan Cruise was Dog Sledding. So excited when I found this full day excursion that would see some sights as well. The day before we arrived in Skagway I just happened to look at my phone and a text had somehow came through (in the middle of the ocean and I didn't even think I had it off airplane mode) but anyway, it let us know that the excursion was cancelled. No reason given but we were given the option to get a full refund or come in to see what else was of interest. We had to scramble last minute to see what was left available on the cruise, we opted for the train ride, as it was literally the only thing that was open. We had a great time, but this was extremely disappointing since I booked this a month out and we were counting on it. But the refund was prompt as it never even showed up as charged on my account. This is the first time I ever booked an excursion on trip advisor and this leaves me skeptical to try it again.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Tour Operator!! - Horrible customer service and follow up- Rude agents and poor communication. There are lots of other operators with similar itineraries. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
