Visitors can take subway line 4 and exit at “C2” of “Xi yuan” station. From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to the east gate of the Summer Palace. Scan the QR code at the entrance to gain access to the attraction.
The Summer Palace is a royal garden from the Qing Dynasty in China, with approximately three-quarters of its area covered by water. It is located near Yuanmingyuan and is a large landscape garden built around Kunming Lake and Wanshoushan Mountain. It is the best-preserved imperial park in Beijing.
