Excellent service provider for tickets to Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven, Beijing - Li provided extraordinary services. He not only purchased the entrance tickets, he also provided recommendations on how to best navigate the area. If you book tickets from him, you will receive instructions (with pictures) on where to start and where to end with the sites arranged in sequence. It helps alot if you do not have a lot of time. Just follow the sequence and you will not miss any major attractions. Summer palace is huge! Thanks to Li, i did not end up getting lost and going in circles. I booked the tickets for Temple of Heaven and i received the same detailed instructions too. Highly recommended!

Worth the visit! - Worth a visit when in Beijing. Very helpful to have the tickets booked, need a Chinese phone number otherwise. Li was very helpful and sent detailed instructions via WhatsApp the day before outlining the best way to explore the Summer Palace.

Amazing service from Li, beautiful place! - We had a fantastic time at the Summer Palace and could not have had such an enjoyable and smooth experience without Li's step by step guidance and advice. The Summer Palace is huge, and so to have a map and exact steps of where to go and what to do in what order really helped us make the most of our time and made sure we saw everything. Highly recommend Li's service, and the Summer Palace as a must visit location.

Visit to the Summer Palace - The attendance was perfect they sent us the tickets in the morning before going to the Palace and sent us a tour with what we had to see step by step very detailed. Everything was very simple and we were very happy with the assistance we were given.

Very impressed - I’d tried and failed to book a ticket directly as I didn’t have a Chinese number — booking with Miss Li made it very easy! I got all the QR codes in plenty of time, and she also sent a very useful guide on what to see first (more helpful than the official tourist guide in my opinion). The Palace itself is incredible — be sure to leave time to walk around the lake, as there’s a lot of wildlife to see!

Excellent - Li was the main person from the tour group. Once the tickets were booked He immediately contacted me and gave very clear instructions on how to use the tickets and gave picture guides as well. He was very quick at replying and stayed in contact the entire time. He made our tour very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Last minute plans? Book your Summer Palace tickets here! - I booked this experience very last minute for me and a friend, and Miss Li was incredibly helpful right from the start. She reached out to us via WhatsApp, provided lots of useful information and they were very detailed. She responded quickly to all our questions. She even sent us a full itinerary with recommendations so we could make the most of our time and visit the best spots efficiently. I also appreciated her follow-up at the end of the day after time at the Summer Palace to make sure everything went well. I would definitely recommend booking with Miss Li, especially if you're planning something on short notice. Thank you again, Miss Li!
