This is a three-course Wild Food Adventure nestled in the mountains of Dilijan National Park. Beginning at the guest house near Haghartsin Monastery, the journey will take you off-road to a wild dining spot, surrounded by the dense forests of the park and offering breathtaking views of the towering rock cliffs of the Ijevan Mountains.
The dining experience kicks off with welcome cocktails crafted from local honey wine and wild edible herbs, followed by three meticulously prepared courses inspired by the culinary traditions of Tavush.
