Interesting, informative and relaxed tour. - Excellent tour with a very well informed guide who made the walk informative and interesting. We also got more than 2 hours on the tour, so a tip was definitely earned.

Stepping back in time in Haarlem - Ronald was very personable and knowledgeable about his town's history and architecture. Haarlem is one of the most charming towns we visited as we felt we stepped back in time. Preservation of homes, churches, and markets are a top priority.

Historical way to get your bearings - Our guide, Hubert is a well informed, friendly local who knows all the streets in Haarlem and most of the buildings. He took us to all of the highlights in the city and many of the lesser known places. He speaks excellent English too - we don’t speak Dutch (apologies). Highly recommend this tour.

Tour guide has potential but not there yet… - Our tour guide spoke very softly, so it was hard to hear him much of the time. On top of that he went on and on. He didn’t seem to know certain facts that you would expect a tour guide to know. We didn’t go inside the windmill or church, which would have made the tour better. Overall it was a disappointing experience and we would have been better off doing a self guided walking tour.
