A pleasant cruise and a unique landscape - Small boat, about fifteen cabins. Perfect for us. Our cabins were very nice, spacious and comfortable. The furnishings and decoration are wooden, with a balcony allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lan Ha Bay. In this season the weather is cool, and the sky often cloudy. But it remains very pleasant. We did not participate in the very early morning activities of the second day, preferring to stay in the room to enjoy the last moments. The crew is very attentive, led by the Cruise Manager, Ben, efficient and very cordial.

Best cruise for vegetarians - This cruise is an amazing experience providing good vegetarian indian food along with hygienic and comfortable rooms. Would highly recommend it to my fellow Indian travellers

Wonderful trip through Halong Bay - We have been staying on this boat my family and I in two cabins with balcony on the second floor. We contracted directly with the operator 3 days/2 nights, throughout the trip Mr.Leon has been aware of everything and solvent if any doubt that arose. The excursion of the second day was very fun and the Guide that accompanied us, exceptional. The food pretty good and enough quantity. We being two nights, had the deference of preparing different dishes for lunch and dinner. The staff, as in the rest of the country, very friendly and always willing to help you in everything. Note that drinks are not included in the price. The cabin is not like the one shown in the picture, the boat must be a few years old and it was noticeable, but in general it is very good. The deck area has a jacuzzi, not very large but enough to refresh you. Every night they offered karaoke or squid fishing. Thank the whole team for their excellent work and willingness. The experience has been very good. I recommend it if you are visiting Halong Bay.

An amazing experience! - This is my first experience booking a cruise in Vietnam, and the quality of service on this cruise has been very very good. The tour has been full of activities, all well coordinated. We did the activities of Kayaking, visit to the cave, moment of interaction with the rest of tourists (with a good happy hour) and not forget the cooking experience. Also the food was excellent, very rich everything (included lunch as soon as we arrived, dinner, the next day breakfast and brunch!!!) Thanks to our Kong Guide we enjoy this unforgettable experience. I recommend them!

Sold lies "wrong itinerary" - Lies were told, excuses made and false advertising. Not good customer service by the Le Journey team in Hanoi. 2D1N 2 people Lan Ha Bay, almost $200. The main reason we booked this cruise was because it offered the option of swimming at Ba Trai Dao island and/or a fishing village to kayak. We wanted to go to Ba Trai Dao island as I have lived in Vietnam for a long time and have been to Ha Long bay many times so wanted something different with the island. Arrived at the "fishing village" it was one big plank of floating wood with about 5 fishing cages. The boat manager was like okay kayak now or go swimming. I asked where was the island that we booked. He looked very confused and said no just swimming here. Basically a woman from Le Journey company told him that swimming at the island was "from an itinerary from 2 years ago and only for chartered boats" , it's STILL LIVE AND ADVERTISING on the website today for 2D1N normal tour (not chartered)!!!.... Then the company told my personal tour agent "the weather was too rough". It was a stunning day, there was zero wind or waves so that was a lie too.. We were offered 1 cocktail each to say "sorry". Not good enough. Apart from that the boat staff, bedrooms and food were great.

Total scam! Lie to you about happy hour, boat’s always anchored, no activities, friend found metal in his meal. - Total scam! Lie to you about happy hour, the prices are expensive, the boat is always anchored, you do pretty much no activities and they are short, and one of my friend found a metal screw in his meal.

Bad experience - Barely no activities on the boat. Prices out of this world. Happy hour was not as explained so we paid more. Nothing is inclusive except the food which was decent. Cruise manager powerless. Really bad experience for me and my 2 friends…
