Great - Arcady Cruise exceeded all my expectations! The ship was modern and comfortable, with stunning views from the deck and cabins. The staff was incredibly attentive, providing impeccable service with genuine warmth. The food was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, especially the seafood. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, offering relaxation and exciting excursions to hidden gems.

Arcady Cruise is the choice to make - Arcady Cruise was a great decision for me to choose. They go above and beyond to help and make certain you are good and enjoying yourself. Lucy our tour guide was amazing. She remembered everyone's ones name that was on the tour. She knows her job so well. I would ask for Lucy if you can have her. I also had a representative fro. The arcady cruise come to my hotel to see if all was good and what I thought about the experience and he gave me a thank you gift. They go above and beyond !!! Thank you for the great time.

The bay is beautiful but too many tourists - Two days cruise in the bay All perfect Cozy and clean room Great food Abundant Certainly not a cheap wine Planned activities carried out even if some were canceled due to bad weather Lusy was constantly present and organized our day Unfortunately extremely unlucky with the cold foggy and wet weather In the various visits to caves and islands we were always accompanied by a large number of tourists Unfortunately the ships move in unison and the bay is full of people In short, the doubt remains as to whether one day was not enough instead of two, even if dinner and the night on the ship are a good memory

Nice - Nice attention and service! They serve fruits and snacks all the time and they guide you every single time. The rooms are perfect.

Halong Bay Cruise - Guide Andy was very helpful. He brought us around Halong bay on the cruise. Arcady cruise was very comfortable and had good food too. We also went hiking and boating.

Reservation sites should provide accurate information - The tour itself was amazing. A major Reservation website commented that the ship would be built in 2023, so I made a Reservation but the actual ship was an old ship and the cabin was not luxurious. I would not have made a Reservation unless it was a new ship. It was a cruise I was looking forward to, but disappointing and very disappointing. Reservation sites require you to provide accurate information.

Good experience made bad! - One of the most beautiful places we have travelled till now and the experience of staying there overnight on the cruise was exciting. But the customer service was not upto the mark. Our tour guide Mr. T. seemed to spend most of his time entertaining the “light- skinned” travellers and not bothering much about the other travellers. He was the only English speaking Vietnamese on board and we didn’t receive proper response from him. Kids were also left unattended at the squid fishing area with no one to guide and help in case someone had a mishap. In general the experience could have been made better if the crew and the guide were more friendly snd welcoming!

Worst experience - mannerless dining staffs - We paid 160 USD per person (almost 2 days 1 night) - we were a group of 4. This was really a horrible experience. We don’t mind paying more - but the dining staffs were very arrogant. They collect your plates while you are having food . If you are 5 mins late for your VERY SHORT TIME afternoon snacks/ tea - then they will clear the buffet table and make you pay even for a glass of water . While having your meal (breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) the staffs will nag/irritate you and repeatedly bring their menu for you to buy their drinks - if you decline they insult you infront of other guest and laughs at you for not ordering . EVEN taking away the glass/cups from your dining table while you are having food . On the second day - which was the last day - they make you forcefully check out from your rooms before breakfast and if somehow you forget to take your luggages out - they come to your table during your meal and ask you repeatedly to take your stuffs out immediately. After breakfast for 2 hrs you are supposed to wait in the cold mostly on the deck for them to drop you back the shore - as no access to the room is allowed anymore - here tooo the staffs irritate you on payments by cash only for your speed boat ticket and drinks . As if we will jump away to the sea . The kayaking had no instructor and guide . They take you cave seeing at 6 am so early in the morning - in the cold while on holiday. Felt like a torchere which made most on the guest skipped this important part of the tour. The squid fishing they promise had no instructor and guide - you might just fell on the water and no one was there to help. No karaoke or sunset party as promised- after dinner you are suppose to just go back to sleep . The menu provided was very ordinary and lack taste. All The staffs were just focussed on DEMANDING tips from the start to the last- even the bus driver dropping you back. They charge 12USD for a 20mins short distance - jam packed speed boat carrying 20 people together, the guide was very inexperience and had no customer service - you feel on your own most of the time during the tour - while dropping you back - they make customers walk to their hotel location . We have been to other cruises all over the world however the behaviour on rhe staffs on board the Arcady Cruise Ha long Bay was horrible and let down . It felt vey racial discrimination and judgemental - rather than wanting to spend more on drinks and snacks - the VERY IMPRESSION as soon as you step on board - makes us want to leave and get back to our hotels.
