Great cruise - The boat, food and staff were all great. Only downsides are the drinks are expensive (relative to Vietnam prices) and sadly there is a lot of garbage floating in the Halong Bay waters (but this has nothing to do with the cruise).

Bring elastic waist pants haha - This was an incredible experience. The pictures do not do ha long and bai tu long bays justice. We ended up on the Signature Cruise luxury junk. Our cruise manager Andy was amazing. The room was gorgeous, and the bed was comfy. The hot water in the bathroom gets very hot pretty much instantly. Be careful not to burn yourself. The food was so good. We opted for the 2 night option, which I highly recommend. When we saw people for the 1 night packing up, it felt like we had just got there. Downside of 2 night is all of the food. Lunch and dinner were both many courses. It was all delicious, but we were so stuffed by the end. Maybe just pace yourselves better than we did haha.

Great cruise, but expect to pay more for ground transport from Hanoi to cruise site than what has been advertised. - The cruise was great and enjoyable. However, there was a bit of misinformation regarding the ground transport from and to Hanoi. Originally we were suppose to pay $20 as shown on booking details for round trip and then in my chat to the tour operator later, this price went up to $25. However I was contacted on Whatsapp a day before our cruise was to being, and after a lot of back and forth, I was charged $135 for four us to be picked up from our hotel in Hanoi and then be brought back to Hanoi and then an additional $18 to be taken to the airport which was the only part which was consistent with the information provided initially. Except the extra amounts which we did not expect to pay, the cruise was very enjoyable.

Stunning Natural Setting, Outstanding Crew and Staff - Cruising among the thousands of islands and islets in Halong Bay is a wonder of its own, but the amazing crew and staff made our cruise an above and beyond experience. Attentive, congenial and responsive, they constantly pampered us. Also noteworthy were the exceptional shipboard meals. We recommend the three day cruise for optimal enjoyment.

Excellent Cruise and Experience! - This tour was seamless. We booked the 3/2 night trip and it was well worth it. Our room was beautiful, with a balcony that my kids loved. The food was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind to us and really great with our young children. We had the Alisa cruise - we highly recommend this experience.

Very good 2 night cruise of Ha Long Bay. - Staff on the boat were excellent, accommodation and food excellent. Most activities were excellent but we were talked out of doing the light & dark cave trip because the guide told us a lie saying that we might have to wait an hour after finishing the cave visit as the transfer boat was busy picking up new guests. This was told to me at 2.30pm. I found out that night that all the new guests were on the La Casta cruise boat by 1.00pm. I believe that because there were only 2 of us booked on the caves activity the tour guide didn't want to take us! Very very disappointing! Apart from this the 3 day 2 night La Casta cruise was excellent!

Luxury boat, polluted water and nature. - Amazing service, friendly crew, luxurious cabin. We had so much fun listening to the karaoke from the crew. The major disappointment was how VERY polluted the water is. There was rubbish everywhere and when I swam in the water I was covered in diesel fuel - it was very smelly.

Review - Very nice staff very accommodating and friendly. Room was as expected. Balcony was not as pictured on the website so we were disappointed. Was not ready for the early mornings which is mainly to accommodate people cruising 1 night vs 2 and not necessary to get up that early and sit around on the day boat while the main boat drops off customers and picks up new ones to keep the boat full. Our day cruise manager Megan was excellent however and provided information which was useful and interesting. They do serve gourmet meals which we were surprised about.

Great Tour and boat. Shame about the lack of environmental respect caused by over tourism. - The tour company, transit to the dock, the boat the room and the staff were all seamless. So good. Our room had a fantastic balcony and felt so private and peaceful. The food was pretty good but lacked the love and attention you’d expect from such a premium fare. The bad thing was how little the Vietnamese Government is doing to combat air pollution from the cement factories used to build the now abandoned developments back on shore. There were times where visibility was so bad I didn’t want to breath it. Also the plastic and (worse) polystyrene in the water was appalling. There needs to be a drastic change soon otherwise people won’t go. I wish I didn’t go. It felt like a horrible carelessness and lack of foresight for the environment. Sort your shiz out Vietnam.
