- Gyor Old Town Area - Győr is the third Hungarian city after Budapest and Sopron in terms of historical monuments. The streets of the old town are full of these monuments and fantastic squares such as Bécsi Kapu Tér (Vienna Gate) and Széchenyi Tér. Baroque and neoclassical architecture can be seen on the facades painted in pale yellow and pastel shades. Here you can see the confluence of the Rába, Rábca and Danube rivers. During the walk you can also see the bishop’s castle built in the 13th century on the hill of Káptalandomb. There are thermal and curative springs in the town, thanks to which a spa was established here.
