Rattler Rumbles - All round professionally managed experience (and mostly by volunteers). Two of our party had special dietary requests and these were met effectively and with courtesy and enthusiasm. Passengers were loaded into carriages in an orderly fashion where our booth table was set for our requirements. There was no scramble to get the ‘best’ seat! Our hostess was Tess and her sunny personality was delightful in every way. There was a good announcement volume which allowed us to learn facts during our journey and sufficient time at Amamoor (destination) to enjoy surroundings before re-boarding the train for the return journey. Lunch was served in the old railway station rooms according to our choices and the large volume of customers all at the same time was managed as well as could be expected. All in all, I enjoyed the friendly country hospitality all done with a professionalism one expects from a well-versed tourism opportunity.

Fun Morning - Great experience today with my wife for her birthday seeing the old steam engine in action. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal for lunch was very well presented and was very tasty. Definitely recommend

Great steam train experience - Staff were very helpful and friendly,food in the cafe was great ,catered for gluten free options,train ride was really good,great steam train experience.For the vip experience we got special carriage,light snacks,complimentary water bottle and cooler and lunch in the cafe,great.

Awesome - From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, from breakfast to the cheese platter on board the train to the wonderful historic conversation with John one of the Volunteers on board. Amamoor was a fantastic little 25 min stop over where we were greated with some live music then on to Dagun where there was cheese and Wine tasting which was superb a few little market stalls to end the trip. Back to the station to finish off our wonderful trip with a delicious 2 course lunch and a glass of wine which was included in our trip!! A definite must do We will definitely be doing it again in the near future 10/10!!!!

Our awesome Steam Train ride - We had a wonderful time, all the volunteers were so informative and very friendly. Watching the train being turned around was a real treat. The train and carriage were beautifully restored. We had a meal after our awesome trip. It was beautiful
