- Pasul Palma Village - Driving on one of the most beautiful roads in the country, crossing the gentle slopes of Bucovina Mountains, admiring the amazing panoramas from the Ciumarna (Palma) Pass 1100m. Here will be stop for lunch, is a grill restaurant or picnic.
- Sucevita Monastery - The Sucevita Monastery (1586). Sucevita Monastery is the largest of all, looking more like a mighty fortress than a monastery. Particular in painting iconography is “Moses’ Life” of the burial chamber but “The ladder of John Climax” fresco is considered one of the best of Sucevita.
- Ceramica neagra Marginea - The Marginea village one of 3 important pottery centers of Romania. We’ll see the workshops where the talented craftsmen make the renowned black pottery. After enjoying a beautiful day you’ll back to Suceava, maybe little tired but better soulfully.

At each location, visitors will have about an hour to…
The full-day tour begins in either Suceava or Gura Humorului and covers approximately 190 km in a scenic round-trip loop. Participants will explore the renowned and well-preserved Painted Monasteries of Bucovina, including the UNESCO World Heritage sites of HUMOR, VORONET, MOLDOVITA, and SUCEVITA. At each location, visitors will have about an hour to explore the monasteries, either with the assistance of an English-speaking guide or by using an optional brochure-book available in 11 languages.
Midway through the tour, there will be a 45-minute break for lunch or a picnic at Palma Pass, situated at an altitude of 1100 meters. This spot offers a panoramic view and features a restaurant with a grill where guests can sample Romanian specialties like mici/mititei and other grilled dishes. During this break, there is also the opportunity to walk, hike, enjoy a 1 km long Zipline/Tyrolean, or go horseback riding.
