Great day for kids - Beautiful working ranch with chocolate factory, horse riding, cow milking and bicycles. We ranged in age from 9 to 73 and everyone enjoyed their stay

Great cacao experience - not enough activity - This was really beautiful but as a day trip we expected more activities than we were able to do. We had a delicious and wonderful lunch and cacao experience, but the biking was just along the main road. No option to add on horseback riding or tubing as we expected (we hadn't booked it in advance but had been told we could add it upon arrival.) Overall very upscale and the chocolate experience was great, but felt overpriced for the amount of time and activity. Note there was a fire along the way and it took us twice as long to get there from Guayaquil, but that didn't seem to be why we couldn't do the tubing despite the fact that we expressed interest in it upon our arrival.
