Do not book anything with Tikal Go Company unless you want a bad experience - Well, the tour started in the wrong foot. They did not only picked me up late but in a very tiny car (I think it was totally inappropriate and unprofessional) They said they would pick me up at 4:30am and they picked me up after 5am because they gave the driver the wrong address. Then, we picked another passenger and they also gave the driver the wrong address (we already wasted 1 hour on this). We then transfer to another shuttle (finally) and headed to Lake Atitlan area where we were supposed to get breakfast. I had mention that I was vegetarian like 3 times while booking this trip (by email, by WhatsApp) and my breakfast was not vegetarian and not worth it. The boat trip to the lake was awesome, very pretty and there were only 3 of us, the tour guide (Pedro) and the captain. We made 3 stops around the lake, San Juan San Pedro and Sebastian. The lunch we got in Sebastian was in a very dirty restaurant (recommended by the tour guide - because he lives there) the bathroom was flooded with water, unisex, the lunch was not only expensive but cold and they took the order wrong. The drink I ordered, Picosita was disgusting, nothing like I had in Guatemala City. On the way back, the driver was picking passengers on the way like if it was a public bus!!! then I had to share the same tiny car (that had no trunk) with a couple( which it was not the problem) but I had to sit uncomfortable in the passenger sit because they were carrying a huge bag that did not fit in the back of this tiny car (same morning driver picked us up in the middle point) and sit straight for like 2 hours until he dropped me back at my hotel in Cayala! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY CALLED "Tikal Go". very unprofessional and just find another company to do this tour with. I might be forgetting many other details that upset me but then again, I would have to write a book. It was not worth the money I paid for!

No pleasent a lot - My experience was terrible an very unpleasant. I was ready at the hotel lobby at 4:45 AM. They never came to pick me up by 5:30 Am the hotel call the agency and they didn’t know anything about my reservation. Then they text me via WhatsApp by 5:45 to apologize telling me that their team made a mistake. They promised me to take me by helicopter, they told me that they will pick me by 8:00AM. I waited patiently but they didn’t show up then I contacted them again and they apologized again. They told the driver was behind But that time I was very up set finally by them they sent me an Uber and didn’t know about this arrangement by then . A women without any identification and dressing almost in pijamas arrived by 10:00 Am. Took to the airport to get in the helicopter, when we arrived at the entrance they didn’t let us to get inn because they didn’t have any information about my departure, again I had to wait 45 minutes. I arrived a Atitlan at 12:00 M They told me then that we had only 3 hours to visit because I had to be at 3:30 to take my transportation back to Guatemala City. They send me a regular old car who was transporting other regular people. This bus took me Antigua didn’t go direct and I got to take transfer. It took me 6 hours to go back to my hotel, I got in my hotel close to 11:00 pm instead of 7:00 In general was a horrible experience and I’m hoping from you to get me some compensation.
