From Guatemala City to Flores - Deluxe Bus Overnight

Please arrive at the bus station by 7:00 pm.

Note that there will be no tour guide or host during the transportation. You’ll travel independently until you meet our tour staff at the bus station in Peten. Similarly, on the return trip from Peten to Guatemala City, you’ll travel independently. While the bus and station staff may not speak English, simply show your ticket, and they’ll guide you to the correct bus.

Flores - As night falls, you’ll be on board our deluxe bus, designed for your utmost comfort. Relax in plush, reclining seats that tilt back to a full 180 degrees. Enjoy your personal video screen, air conditioning, individual reading lights, and attentive onboard service. Restroom facilities for both men and women are available for your convenience. Please note this is a high-category public bus service. While the initial staff may not speak English, our bilingual tour guide will meet you at the bus station in Peten to ensure a smooth journey to Tikal.

Our tour staff will pick you up at the bus station at 7:30 am. If the bus arrives early, please wait until the pickup time. You can have breakfast or grab some snacks in the meantime.

Flores - Get ready for an unforgettable journey to the mystical Tikal National Park. As we set off, the landscape reveals breathtaking natural beauty. Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating facts about the region and the archaeological site, bringing its rich history and culture to life.

The trip to Tikal National Park takes about an hour and a half through mesmerizing landscapes.

Prepare to be captivated by the beauty of this extraordinary land as you explore its heart. Let Tikal’s magic transport you to a world where ancient secrets whisper through the ruins.

Tikal National Park - As you enter Tikal, a profound sense of awe will envelop you. Our journey begins with a hike through lush wilderness, where wildlife roams freely. Expect to see playful monkeys, colorful birds, and mischievous coatis.

Deeper into Tikal, you’ll encounter towering pyramids and awe-inspiring structures, testaments to the Mayan civilization’s achievements. Your expert guide will share stories of ancient kings and wise rulers, revealing the fascinating culture and technological advancements of the Mayans. As you explore the sacred grounds, let the magnificence of this ancient world connect you to the past.

Tikal National Park - After an enriching exploration, we’ll head to the park’s restaurant area for a tasteful lunch. Savor regional flavors and reflect on the day’s captivating experiences. Enjoy the tranquil ambiance of Tikal as you soak in its undeniable magic.

Flores - As the day ends, our adventure takes us back to the charming town of Flores and the bus station.

At the bus station, you’ll find the same deluxe bus that brought you to Flores, ready to take you back to Guatemala City. With comfortable reclining seats, personal entertainment, and attentive service (non-English speaking staff), you can expect a relaxing road trip back. Please be at the bus station by 5:00 pm.

The road trip takes about 9 hours, giving you time to unwind, recharge, and relax. Use this time to sleep, read, or enjoy the scenery. Our goal is to ensure your comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

Guatemala City - You’ll arrive at the bus station in Guatemala City early in the morning while it’s still dark. We recommend booking private transportation through us or using reliable apps like Uber to get to your hotel or the airport.
