Copan Department - The comfortable rooms of a nice hotel will be waiting for us after the visit to the Archeological Site of Copan Ruinas. Enjoy the hotel facilities, relax and get ready for day 2.
Visit of Quirigua Archeological Site from Copan Ruinas
Copan Department - We will wake up the morning of the second day and take a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After the hotel check out, the road trip to get to Quirigua will take us around 4 hours. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful landscapes.
Archaeological Park and Ruins of Quirigua - Fall in love with Quiriguá, an archaeological site that holds centuries of Mayan history. This kingdom was a big center of commerce using the Mayan routes that went all the way up to Tikal.
Get amazed by its mesmerizing monoliths of approx. 3 meters high.
Guatemala City - After the visit to the amazing kingdom of Quirigua, we`ll start our way back to the city. It will take us 4 hours and you can appreciate the topography and great landscapes during that time.
