Enjoy the tour of the city - An educatuonal and fun time with Mr. Lopez in guatamala city. Our time with Mr. Lopez was genuinely amazing, and it's all thanks to his incredible depth of knowledge and the passion for his homeland.
Our tour was personal and intimate.
The absolute highlight of our journey had to be the unexpected chance to witness the Corpus Christi ceremony. The fireworks in the background took me by surprise, apparently firworks are us for special occassions. If you're planning a trip to Guatemala, you absolutely must book with Mr. Lopez. Enjoy the market as well, the mangonita was delicious and the people were so nice. We will be back.

Learn a lot of history! - We had a great time and learned a lot about Guatemala's history. The guide was very friendly and willing to teach us. We really liked it! We had the option to get off and take photos. It's a shame we didn't get to the reform. But we liked it quite a bit. Thank you so much!!!

Great way to see the city - My guide, Gustavo, was very knowledgeable and friendly. This tour was a great way to see the interesting points in the city, which are pretty spread out. Def recommend

Favio made this tour super special! - This tour was amazing, but Favio who was our guide made it even more special. We accidentallly booked for the wrong day and they accommodated> Favio took us around to all of the local spots and ate some local food which was delicious! He spoke great English and told us all about the history and culture of Guatemala! 5-stars!

Great way to see the city with limited time - We had a good time seeing some of the historic places and learning about the rich history. Joaquin was very knowledgeable and accommodating. If you have limited time this half day tour gives you a taste of Guatemala city

Great, Informative Day Tour in Guatemala City - This walking tour of the city was a perfect way to see many of the important and interesting sites of the city. The tour was well paced, several times we would walk through areas and our tour guide would give great details on the historic buildings or areas and then we would have time to explore the areas for a few minutes on our own. Fabio, our guide, was very knowledgable and answered all questions we had. We even stopped at a few places that were unique, including the Mapa en Relieve and traditional coffee shops and a shop were traditional juices were made. The whole tour was perfect to learn about the origins of the city and several landmarks. I would definitely recommend the tour for those looking to do a leisurely tour of the city and learn a lot about the different zones and importante historic locations.

Memorable city tour; Byron made our day - We recently did a very enjoyable city tour around Guatemala City with our guide, Byron. His spoken English was excellent and he looked after us in a very polite and professional manner throughout the tour. We covered a huge amount of territory throughout Guatemala City and Byron provided wonderful insightful perspective at each place where we stopped or passed by. We would urge all tourists to spend at least 1-2 days in Guatemala City and would strongly recommend Authentic Guatemala and Byron for your transportation and guiding.

Very glad I did it!... - Very glad I did it!
Tour guide was excellent, answered any question but importantly very flexible (would wait to get a coffee, even went to a beer garden when someone wanted beer) and super friendly. First time someone drove cautiously!
Went to landmarks but also small things as mentioned, glad it was a car to see different parts.
Also cultural things like a coffee place and a tradition drink!
Noted had to pay 25 of their currency for the 3D map entrance fee.

Great way to spend a... - Great way to spend a couple hours in Guatemala city. They were able to accommodate making the start time earlier and picked us up from the airport. Gustavo was very knowledgeable and told us about the history of the city and country and took us to some nice sites and a walking tour.
