On this incredible tour, visitors will have the opportunity to explore Pablo Escobar’s mansion in Guatapé, a site rich in history surrounded by lakes and stunning landscapes. Guests can enjoy a thrilling paintball game in one of the most iconic houses of the Colombian capo. Additionally, they can tour the estate on ATVs to take in the breathtaking scenery. The tour also includes climbing the Guatapé rock via its stairs to experience one of the best views in the area. A boat ride on the lake will allow guests to soak in the paradisiacal landscape. A stroll through the charming streets of Guatapé, a vibrant town decorated with its famous zócalos, is a must. Finally, the tour concludes with a return to the hotel in Medellin.

An Epic Ride Through Pablo Escobar’s - We did this tour with a group of 10, and it completely exceeded our expectations! Riding ATVs through Pablo’s estate was an absolute blast. On top of the adventure, we really appreciated the historical insights our tour guide shared at each stop along the way.
Don’t hesitate—book this tour! You won’t be disappointed.

Superb experience! - This trip was absolutely amazing! We did so much, and Felipe was incredibly attentive throughout. We visited Alto del Chocho in the town of Marinilla, the Atypical House, and La Manuela—where we learned about the property, enjoyed a delicious meal, drove four-wheelers, and did some safe point-blank paintball shooting, which was great for our 5-year-old (and us). We also took a boat ride to Guatapé, strolled through the colorful town, and finally visited El Peñol. It was truly an unforgettable experience. So much fun!!

easy and took alway all the planning stress - we were a middle-aged bachelor party of 6. these guys made it so easy to see and experience the region! a good blend of activity, relaxation, and in between. it made it easy to enjoy the area without having to do any real planning. would highly recommend you trusting these guys to deliver a great full-day experience.

One of my favorite days in Colombia! - This tour had it all! It had everything we wanted to do without having to do any of the planning. I first I thought it was a bit expensive but it was worth EVERY penny! We were able to fit so much into our day and having a local with us was key. The company was very good with communication and they were so accommodating. Our guide Alejandro was spectacular! He reached out to us the day before to confirm plans and was very flexible throughout the day as our plans changed. They picked us up at our hotel in Medellin and brought us around and showed us a wonderful time in Guatape and Peñol. He was informative, so nice to talk with and extremely helpful. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this day was and how you should definitely book a tour with them!

Most amazing day ever - Most incredible day ever. Our guide Santiago made it virtually seamless and we literally did animal farm, guatape, ATVs, jet skis, paintball at Escobars mansion, toured several cool towns and had great meals. Truly an unbelievable day. Santiago is the greatest. He knows everyone and has all the expert trips, but most of all he’s just chill, fun, and easy to talk to. A phenomenal and patient photographer as well lol.

Very nice ride from... - Very nice ride from Medellin to guatape in a nice comfortable air-conditioned car, the tour was great. The guide was very helpful very knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun.

Highly Recommend this Private Tour of Guatapé - A really wonderful full-day trip to Guatapé. Alejandro picked up the three of us from our hotel in Medellin. Communication the day before was clear and concise. Getting to see the Escobar mansion ruins and ATV around the property was really cool. We did the paintball, but just for target practice and it was fun (but hot with all the gear). Boat trip on the lake was kinda short but very beautiful. Lunch was very tasty and high quality (out of pocket, as noted). Piedra Penol is a pretty easy climb if you’re in reasonable shape and such great views - really gives you a full perspective on how beautiful Guatapé is. Highly recommend this trip. It’s a matter of preference and what you’re able/willing to spend…but I was so happy to be on a private tour versus all the overpacked boats with blaring music we saw on the lake. 🤷🏽♂️

Guatape tour guide - Amazing Tour with Felipe – Highly Recommend!
Felipe was an outstanding guide who made our trip unforgettable! He took us to the breathtaking Guatapé Rock, the colorful Guatapé Plaza, and the historic Pablo Escobar mansion, all while sharing fascinating insights about the area.
Felipe also introduced us to delicious local food, explaining the cultural significance behind each dish, which added so much to our experience. His friendly personality, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made the day feel special and effortless.
If you’re visiting Medellín, a tour with Felipe is a must. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about showcasing his country. Highly recommend!
