After almost 2 hours of road trip, in which we will be able to observe the Andean landscape, we will arrive at the Ingapirca Archaeological Complex Site Museum, which (with entrance included) we will enter to first visit the museum with a sample of pieces found in the area and then we will walk through the rest of the complex admiring the ruins that have remained of this civilization prior to the Spanish conquest. Our guide will talk to us and explain all the areas that make up the complex, we will reach the face of the Inca and we will have the opportunity to be in the ceremonial center built in the same style as the Inca ruins of Cusco. We’ll round off the visit with a soothing lunch. Our return route to Cuenca features a stop at the Biblián Church, an impressive temple located at the mountain’s peak.
