Zip Line at Diamante - The zip line experience was wonderful. It was exciting and a must try. It was my first time and the crew was patient and knowledgeable.

Nice, Quick 4-Zipline Experience w/ Great Superman Line - Very efficient operation, with friendly guides. The superman line with the view of the coast is awesome! They also took many photos that could be nice souvenirs of the experience. The entire 4-zipline experience probably took 1.5 hours.

Best Zip Line Experience - This was my husband’s and my first time visiting Costa Rica, and we chose Diamanté for our one excursion and a great decision! The location is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our first zip lining experience unforgettable. We especially appreciated the shuttle that took us to the highest zip line point; a huge plus for someone like me who might have hesitated otherwise. The Superman line was thrilling and definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience (though I might even be brave enough to do it again!). We also did horseback riding, and the gentlemen guiding us were kind, patient, and extremely helpful throughout. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Costa Rica. We can’t wait to return!

Exciting, Safe, Clean! - The experience was exhilarating, very safe and efficient as you move along between the stations. We also noticed everything was extremely clean and almost seemed like new. Fantastic staff all the way around. Highly recommended .

Great experience and professional staff - Great experience. Everyone was very professional. Even my husband who is scared of heights enjoyed it. Teens had a blast.

Try all of the lines,... - Try all of the lines, they were exciting!! A group of 8 but only 6 finished all the lines. The workers made me comfortable

- First time zip lining and I was nervous, but the staff put me at ease. They were so kind. LOVED Kenneth so much at the coffee and cacao facility. He was so special! I highly recommend to families. The food was so great too!

Diamante is Dynamite - Incredible experience! I did the Superman zipline and the experience was breathtaking and exhilarating. The team is fantastic and really makes it fun and memorable. I did the ATV tour and Animal Rescue tour. Both are also not to be missed.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Never Return Until management team is fired! - We had one of the most disappointing experiences at this place. After driving 45 minutes with our 6-year-old daughter, who was very excited to try the zipline, we purchased tickets full of anticipation. Unfortunately, once we arrived, my daughter became too scared and we ended up not participating in any of the zipline activities. We asked if we could apply the cost of our tickets toward the Animal Adventure instead, hoping to salvage the day. From the beginning, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was zero explanation about the services or alternatives, and their overall attitude lacked even the most basic level of customer service. When we asked about switching activities, the staff member disappeared to speak to the manager. The manager came out and was extremely rude. Initially, we were not offered any options. Eventually, she gave us an ultimatum: either get a full refund and leave, or use the same ticket cost to enter the Animal Adventure which is less in cost and with $100 difference eat from their buffet — which frankly I would never pay this kind of money for the buffet that looked unappetizing and it was not even an option since we had already eaten ( it was after 2 pm). That would also leave only 1 hour for the animal adventure. After refunding us the money for the unused zipline tickets, they refused to sell us separate tickets for the Animal Adventure. It was shocking and made absolutely no sense. We were more than willing to pay — but were outright denied. My daughter was devastated, and we were left completely disappointed after the long drive and anticipation. If I were the owner, I would immediately fire the two girls who were working at the ticket counter and the lazy, disrespectful manager who was unbelievably rude. Their attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional. The rest of the staff wasn’t any better — one girl stared right past me and didn’t even bother to respond when I asked the same question 3 times. We will absolutely never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.
