Must do tour - This is a must do experience. Not your US zoo. Diamante has great habitats for all the animals. Many are rescues. Saw many animals which we have never seen before. Then we went to the Cultural tour. We learned about coffee, chocolate and sugar cane grown in Costa Rica. We got to watch how the raw materials were processed and got to taste each product. It was fascinating. Finally, we purchased the buffet. Food was very good with an excellent variety. I highly recommend this experience.

Fun and Interesting for the Whole Family - My entire family enjoyed this place and experience! We learned about the local wildlife and the animals rescued. The park is very well laid out and easy to navigate. We were surprised how much we enjoyed the Cultural Experience. Kevin, our presenter, was funny and knowledgeable. We got to see the farm animals, grind sugarcane, sample coffee and freshly ground cacao beans that were made into a chocolate paste. He gave us the history of a traditional farm operation in Costa Rica, it was all very interesting. We decided to eat at the buffet before we left for the day. The food was good, the salad bar was very fresh. They had French fries and pizza for the kids. There were various entrees for adults and it was $16/person which was very reasonable for an all-you-can-eat buffet. I highly recommend Diamante Eco Adventure Park!

Great Visit - My wife and I went for the cultural experience and wildlife sanctuary tours. We had a great time thoroughly enjoyed both. We found the cultural experience informative and enjoyed the samples. We especially liked the wildlife sanctuary tour since we could go at our own pace and found the guides at each station very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed watching the feeding of the crocodiles and especially the courage of the bird that stole the chicken piece from under the jaw of one of the crocodiles. We also saw the sloth feeding.

Great time at the Animal Sanctuary & Cultural Tour! - Very engaging guides demonstrated coffee, cane sugar and chocolate making. They encouraged participation of kids in our group and we got to sample. Delicious!! In the farm area the kids got to ride the cow and donkey. So fun!! Sanctuary tour was also very fun and interesting. We got to see them feed the sloths and release the leopards into their habitat. All areas are well cared for. Definitely recommend the Cultural tour along with the Sanctuary tour!

Farm and Animal Sanctuary review - We only went to the animal sanctuary. It was amazing. Watching the sloths at feeding time was so entertaining. The guide was very informative and interesting. Going into the toucan pavilion was amazing. You could get close to the birds without having a cage between you. The park had an amazing array of animals. The reptile area was extensive. I loved looking at all the beautiful big cats. I really enjoyed this adventure and would recommend it if you can't get to the rain forest. Plus you get to see all the animals which you may not in the rain forest. We also went to the farm part and learned about coffee and chocolate. The guides were very entertaining, the information was fascinating and we got to taste the chocolate and coffee.

Dip your toes into Costa Rica’s culture - Costa Rican people are the sweetest, selfless people I’ve ever met. They were ready to help and answer any of our questions. I loved being able to step into the Butterflies and birds area. Very clean. The coffee and the chocolate made there were delicious! It was also close to our hotel and having a shuttle was convenient. I definitely recommend this park to dip your toes on Costa Rican culture and wild life 🦥
