Great tour around Guadalajara downtown - Our tour guide Alex was a wealth of knowledge on the history and present of this city as he took us around for 2 hours. We got to see beautiful buildings, statues, monuments and got tons of interesting tidbits about the Mexican revolution and other periods of this cities culture.

Great experience - Informative tour that shared history and culture while we explored the sites. Wouldn't have learned all the guide shared if we were on our own. Walking was a great way to experience the city.

Informative historical stroll - Alex did a great job bringing the history of Guadalajara alive and highlighting the interplay between old and new in the city. I learned some things about Guadalajara and heard they do a food tour, which I would absolutely do if I’m in town again.

Cultured and fun! - Having a true local take you on a tour of their city is a real treat! We learned about the rich culture of Guadalajara, the artists and pioneers of this amazing city. Our guide had endless knowledge to share, from the history of the revolutionary war to authentic tequila making (and everything in between!). My favorite parts were the numerous art installations found throughout the area and the park dedicated to the men and women of Guadalajara who made lasting impressions on the world thru their talents and dedication. I highly recommend this tour!!

Time traveler: A blend of pop, song, and history. - He begins by saying, “imagine traveling back I time…” That’s when I knew I was in for a treat. The instructor made the entire subject relatable and fun by weaving in references to pop culture, mentioning figures from music, film, television, and science. This bridge between academia and modern life was brilliant. The single most memorable moment was when the instructor spontaneously broke into song and taught the entire group famous songs from Guadalajara, leading a spirited singalong! This interactive, passionate element was pure joy and truly cemented the learning experience.
