Perfect Tour - I had a fantastic tour of the Kaymakli Underground City with Mustafa. It is an amazing site to visit, and it was greatly enhanced by Mustafa’s extensive knowledge of Kaymakli, as well as his congenial and kind personality. A special bonus of the tour is a stop at the beautiful Pigeon Valley. Although I only went on one tour with Reliable Travel, I have no hesitation in highly recommending booking them for any tour or service they offer.

Short and sweet - Very good if you don't t have much time but still wish to visit the main areas of the green tour. Efficient tour guide and driver. All well on time. Recommended.

This your was fantastic!... - This your was fantastic! Cem was our guide and was a delightful host for the tour. He was very enthusiastic about sharing all about the sites, and the rich history of Anatolia. The ride was easy and Cem explained so many interesting facts about all we saw. Would recommend to anyone!

SPECTACULAR TOUR GUIDE! - My wife and I have been on many tours in many countries. Mustafa at Reliable Travel is, by far, the very best guide we have ever had the good fortune to be chaperoned by. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and perfectly articulate about everything Cappadocia, he treated us like close family and, together with the help of his wife, personally took care of solving the problem of our lost luggage! Amazing! We were so pleased with his half day tour that we booked him for another half day tour the very next day. The man is truly special in multiple ways and a genuine privilege to work with. He should train other tour guides!

Professional guides with in-depth knowledge... - I really enjoyed it because of the professional guides who have deep knowledge of history and background. Especially exploring underground cities is a completely new experience! While there are many full-day tours, this easy-to-join half-day tour is recommended.

Great tour, fascinating history - The tour was fascinating and informative, and we got so much more out of the underground city than we would have if we had gone without a guide. And our guide was also great- flexible, knowledgeable, friendly, and so easy to work with.

Great little tour of... - Great little tour of these caves. The tour guide, Sarap, was excellent and fun. Did not care for the stops the gem and Turkish delights places. included in the tour but the caves themselves and the guide were great.

Serap was very... - Serap was very knowledgeable and got us all around the big crowds. Kept everything efficient. The shuttle van was very clean and spacious

Worth it - especially for families with kids - We did a one day private tour with Serap and Murat where we visited Kaymakli Underground City, Ihlara Valley and Selime monastery. Given the distances of these places from Goreme I cannot imagine us doing that by ourselves and our two kids (ages 8 and 5). Serap was great to communicate with before the trip, she gave us good suggestions and very practical too (eg do you really want to visit every single valley). When we reached Kaymakli there were a few mini busses that had just arrived with us. Even so Serap managed to zig zag past them and took us to areas of the underground city that were not crowded at all. You could see the group tours going one way and we would be going another way. She let our kids go through tunnels patiently and even suggested additional ones they could try out on their own. It was clear that she knew her way around those parts. On to Ihlara Valley, the hike was beautiful. Serap explained the history of the churches,let the kids walk ahead on the trail and was very patient with their pace. There was a small little tunnel that they got to walk through. We appreciated these small things which made a big difference to how much our kids enjoyed the hike. After a lunch stop we went on to Selime Monastery which was incredible. Serap gave us all the information as we walked through it. Since the children wanted to climb on the rocks and through the caves for a bit longer, she waited patiently to one side. All in all a great day! It does cost more if you compare it to the group tours but with kids, having your own vehicle and a knowledgeable guide who not only knows her stuff but can work with the pace of your kids makes the cost worthwhile.
