The pools very clean the hotel has 5 pools are always open and with many clients - The very beautiful hotel with views from the lobby to the pools and beach with a really beautiful structure the attention of iodines the hotel workers very good always attentive the entertainment of the hotel is great the activities that the entertainment team performs on the beach , pool and theater and nightclub very good there is always something to do the gastronomic service of the hotel very good and with various cocktails. The very good and varied food .the room always clean thanks to the cleaning girls to melisa q always left us a decoration in bed and to maria q always worried about us being comfortable Daniel of the rooms also very attentive with us in the lobby to the general director Andresb for all the attentions he has had since we arrived we were always attentive with everyone to Daniel the animation director q we met him today to the happy chef and chef Manuel for the excellent food and the good taste .a chuc and andres vital, to Luis and the girls of the bars q always attended very well we will return and recommend very good to spend it with the family and the children always have activities where to play thank sñ dayron for always being attentive to all many thanks to all the staff

Wowww! - Wonderful experience! I'll tell you, I booked it a while ago and luckily I had 5 days in Cappadocia because it was canceled a day before and we had to rebook for two days later (paying more around €40) but I think it's not the tour's fault operator. However, they are perfect, the captain is handsome and friendly and the tour is amazing. It starts through the Pigeon Valley and rises to 800 meters high. The whole thing lasts 2 hours (from collection to return to the hotel) at the end they give you a certificate of participation and offer you a glass of champagne (non-alcoholic) not very good but it was enough! However, I highly recommend both for the piece and for the experience! Sara and Elena

Disappointing - This is not the ride you want if you want the experience of other hot air balloons surrounding you. The photos will be extremely disappointing. It’s a beautiful landscape, but the photos would of have been beautiful if you had other hot air balloons in the background. You could see far away all the other hot air balloons up in the air. The 30-35 minutes we were on the balloon, far away from the rest, 20 minutes were close to the ground. For this, get a 100ft tower and let me stand there and take pictures.

Not the magical experience we were hoping for - Honestly, we were expecting something better. While the service itself wasn’t bad, the balloon ride clearly stated it would take place at sunrise so we could enjoy the view while flying—but that didn’t happen. They took a really long time to get the balloon up and running, and although that’s not entirely their fault since weather conditions play a role, we felt there was a lack of experience in handling and anticipating these kinds of situations. The magic of the experience is flying during sunrise, and by the time we finally took off, the sun was already up. On top of that, the entire ride stayed very close to the ground. Yes, we did pass near the fairy chimneys, which was nice, but that wasn’t the full idea of what we were hoping for. We also felt the location wasn’t the best—it seemed like we were in the middle of nowhere. This is definitely an experience you shouldn’t miss while in Cappadocia, but not in that area, and certainly not if you’re starting an hour late—it takes away the whole point of the ride.

Unmotivated, I expected more for the price we were charged - They promise 2 beaches that you can not enter because it has high tide and many stones, is very removed the rooms of the restaurant and the pool is nice and large but very neglected the tiles are being thrown even a relative cut inside the pool and was not the only one and the employee of the reception told me that he could not leave the complaint because there was no one, that if he wanted to put the complaint out by this means very bad attention on his part, the dirty and neglected playroom

Unprofessional Company - Very unprofessional company. I had the trip booked for my clients and very closed friends to me. They were ment to do the experience tomorrow 16th May and just got an email that their trip has been cancelled without any reason or explanation and in the last minute during the night.

Disappointing experience - completely useless - This is an absolute waste of money. Do not book this because it is cheaper than the other options. The team was late and we missed the sunset. There were no other hot air balloons and we were stationary in the air for 20 mins without any movement. They dropped us after 35 mins and we did not get to see anything. I was extremely disappointed and it was a complete waste of money. This is just a scam

Worst experience - Actual mentioned ride was from cat valley but we were taken to valley which is 70km away and by the time we reached,it was already sunrise and ours is only one ballon which started in that location. Through out journey no one was informed why location is changed. Pilot was good but overall experience was worst. We started at 5am and reached back our room at 11:15am. I recommend every to opt for Goreme instead of cat or any other valley. Very disappointing experience. I request Viator to look into the issue and hope others will not have such experience. Also allocated travel guide was not responsive. After paying 405£ we expect customer service should be proper and responsive but here travel guide is not at all responsive.

Great ride but terrible experience - The balloon pilot was very professional and experienced, and we had an enjoyable ride. However, the overall experience was terrible. We were sold an experience of watching the sunrise over Cat valley just 30 minutes or so away from our hotel, but we were taken to Ihlara Valley over 1.5 hours away. No one informed us that the destination had changed. We kept driving and driving not knowing where we were going. We finally arrived after sunrise as we waited for the balloons to fill up. Even though the deal was to be back at the hotel by 8:00am, we didn't arrive back until after 10:00am.

Never book Cat Valley, there is nothing to see - Cat Valley (Cat vadisi) is about an hour from Göreme, where all the other 150 hot air balloons take off. We were taken to a field and a whole 3 balloons took off. Instead of the booked 40 - 70 minutes we landed again after 20 minutes, as we had started much too late. There's nothing to see in Cat Valley. The experience was pure disappointment. The operator Pegas Ballons also told us about nothing beforehand.
