Great food and beer tour, with friendly hosting and great facts about Manchester, even for locals! - Really fantastic activity in Manchester. This is my fifth Scranchester tour and Rob a great host and guide as always, alongside Jamie from Manchester Union.

Great 5 hours eating our... - Great 5 hours eating our way around the Northern Quarter, learning about the history of Manchester. Highly recommend, whether you’re a tourist or a local. Britta was an excellent tour guide. Highlights were Siop Sop, Pico’s and Ginger’s.

Christmas present nailed! - Really good fun despite working in Manchester during the week the stuff you walk past without realising.Britta was a very knowledgeable guide with a good sense of humour and a great knowledge of the history of food. The food stops were excellent. I also really liked the fact that this was a group of ten of us so you got to know the others on the tour.

A great day exploring & learning - I would highly recommend the Explore Ancoats tour. We had a fab day exploring and learning all about the history of Ancoats. Our guide Rob was so warm & friendly and very knowledgeable about the area’s history. All the food places we visited were friendly and welcoming and the food & drink was delicious too. Thank you for a great day out. We say, book yourself on the tour. You won’t regret it!

Fun tour with fabulous food that brings the history of the area alive - I did the Northern Quarter tour with friends and it was fab! The tour started on time and took us through different parts of the Northern Quarter concentrating on the history of the area and using food to illustrate it. Brilliant and innovative and most importantly a whole lot of fun! Great tour guide
