Windsor Castle experience - The village is very quaint. And Windsor Castle is fabulous. There is however a lot of walking so wear your walking shoes.

Windsor Castle - Our guide was really fun. His name was Nick. After the tour my friend and I were going to the Sky Garden and he walked us to the train station and took the train with us. That was really great. The castle was awesome. We saw the changing of the guards

Great tour although we... - Great tour although we cut visit down due to time. You can stay in Windsor if you wish and take a train back.
Sam our guide was wonderful!! He showed us to the tube station and how to get back to our various areas.

Good tour, need more time - Guide and driver were nice and helpful. The tour should be extended another hour to allow more time in the castle and the town.

There was not enough time... - There was not enough time allotted at Windsor Castle itself.
Pick up communication was confusing as kept referencing pick up time was not what was on the ticket when actually that was the time. The bus was way too hot and no water given. Long waits at security. The guide did a good job.

We paid for a tour and... - We paid for a tour and basically got just transportation to Windsor Castle. Paid 245 for two people when entry was 30 per person into the Castle. Once we got through security checkpoint we were in our own. The map given to us was for a Windsor Town with no legend for the numbered points of interest.
The tour guide was nice and the driver did a great job. But better off taking the train and buying your own entrance.

Not worth it. - Not worth the price. Make the arrangements yourself. Spent over 600 pounds for 5 people for a bus ride, tickets and self guided tour.

Not worth the cost. - For 125 pounds per person, it included a bus ride and self guided tour of the castle. I could have arranged this myself with a driver and bought tickets at the castle. Cost me a total of 608 pounds for 5 people. Not worth by any means.

Terrible Windsor Castle Tour - THE most disappointing tour we have been on using Viator. Expectations were not set, therefore not met. We signed up for a FOUR hour tour and essentially got just under 2 hours. This is because it was NOT communicated that 2 of the 4 hours was for travel to and from the castle. Then, the driver and tour guide were 30 minutes late. We did not even have time to see everything at the castle. Very frustrating and very disappointing.
