Great tour Wonderful Guide - This was a wonderful tour. Richard, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable, his command of facts and timelines were a marvel. He moved us quickly, and in a very detailed fashion explained to us all of the history of Westminster, the building of it, the purpose of it and everything inside. His command of English history and the lineage of royalty was beyond belief. I finally understood what motivated the Royals and their progeny. Our ticket also included a walk around exterior tour of parliament which our guide conducted only with us as we were the only ones who signed up for that. This is our first trip to London, and the two tours that we have taken with blue badge guides have far exceeded our expectations.

Knowledge like reading a book! - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She ensured we saw as much as possible on a very busy Sunday in Westminster Abbey.

Westminster 2025 - We met Sue in front of Westminster store just as the instructions directed always a good start when traveling. The walking tour was very informative and Sue was a great source of detail on all the sites. The walking pace was fine and not hurried. Clear directions to keep us all together on the busy london Streets. Would highly recommend it when in London. Ps we also toured Parliament with1 her and again were pleasantly surprised by Sue's attention to detail.

British Magnificence - Exhaustive visit of a magnificent church where you can find a full gallery of British history. The graves of the royals, the funerary monuments and the celebratory tombstones are impressive. Architecture is magnificent. The tour is long and our guide, Mr Richard, made it really worth. A must in London!

Informative and friendly, great tour - Jane was a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and felt that we had learned a lot more about English history as a result of the experience.

Westminster was extremely... - Westminster was extremely busy. Even with timed tickets, it seemed like there was just a steady stream of people. Nick, our guide, did a good job of keeping us together and providing as much information as possible without a personal audio system. Additional time to see the altar and be able to look around would have been appreciated, but the roping off off certain areas so you couldn't backtrack didn't help. At Parliament, we only did the highlights audio tour, which was fine, but probably would have been better if we did the full tour or had a guide.

We specifically signed up... - We specifically signed up for this tour to visit Parliment. There are many other tours we could have selected or just gone on our own. Parliment was not doing tours that day. We were never notified even though our guide said we were. We paid extra for the tour but have not been refunded any money. Not very happy.
