YES hands down one of my favorite days in England - This was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Pickup was very easy, the aviator guide was good at directing and helping us navigate the train and shuttle. He stayed the whole time and the price includes your transportation price. He made sure that we took the train that was only 20 minutes instead of the train that is an hour and when we got to the station at Watford Junction point which platform we needed to get back to London on the 20 minute train instead of taking an hour long train. Once we got to the studio, he handed us off to two tour guides and split our group in half so that we had an even smaller private tour. The private tour was absolutely the way to go. I was nervous because of how expensive it was. But I am a huge Harry Potter fan and so it definitely was worth it for me. The private guides have so much knowledge and they are able to go behind some of the railings to point out some additional really fun facts and unique things about the sets. They truly have so much information. I found it to be so interesting and so much fun. After the private tour ended, they gave us a little bit of time to shop before taking people that wanted to go through the experience again back in through the back way, so we didn’t have to wait in any lines and we got to do the entire tour, this time without a guide, again if we wanted to. My solo experience through the tour. The second time was also phenomenal. There are “informatory“ all along the route that have tons of information to give you and I really enjoyed chatting with all of them, hearing about their experiences, and asking them their favorite fun fact about whatever station they were working. All in all, taking the time to go out to the Warner Bros. studio while you’re in London, if you’re a Harry Potter fan, is hands-down one of the best ways you can spend a day. And doing it through this Viator trip was absolutely worth it. I am THRILLED.

Wonderful tour - Be prepared. Waiting for the bus from the studio back to the Watford station can take a while. Be sure to use only Gate 7 or 9 back to Euston Station; they are the only express trains.

FABULOUS!! - FABULOUS!! We got very thorough tour from our guide. So much interesting information... Even better was, after the guided tour, they let us go back through the entire studio on our own so we could spend more time and see things that we had missed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Best tour experience - Definitely the way to do this tour. Not available directly through WB, this tour really pulls out and highlights behind the scenes and trivia; being semi-private, it's really easy to ask questions and be engaging. Our guide, Kevin, was incredible.

Always book the small... - Always book the small group, skip the line tour. And if transportation is included, book the rail option. These are the authentic sets, not mock-ups. Very impressive.

Great tour! - The escort to the studios was friendly and very helpful. The private tour guide at the studios was fantastic! Also, after the private tour is over, you are free to reenter the studios to walk around on your own.

Only if your a big Harry Potter - It’s really cool if you’re big on Harry Potter or if your kids are. I’ve never seen the movies and took the tour for my Wife. If your in my situation it’s just ok.

Not worth it - The Warner Brothers lot was quite interesting but honestly there is no point doing the tour transport from London. It’s just public transportation and lots of long lines. Not worth it! Just get yourself there and skip paying for the tour. We had to wait for ages to get a bus when we were leaving. Not worth it in my opinion
