It was well worth it to... - It was well worth it to get in before the crowds and see the Ceremony of the Keys. We were able to see the Crown Jewels before it got crowded. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the history of the Tower and how to navigate the grounds to view the highlights!

We loved our tour guide,... - We loved our tour guide, Emily, who shared information in a fun and informative way. We visited in March and it was quite cold, so come prepared! Lots of steps, stairs, and narrow spots to navigate but definitely worth the effort! Having a tour made the entire experience much more interesting and she shared great tips for seeing the jewels and other spots on the grounds. Only negative was that our headsets stopped working partway through the tour.

Excellent guide - I’ve probably been to the Tower 15-20 times since the 1970s. This was the most interesting visit because our guide Sal was very knowledgable and engaging. Early entrance makes the visit much less hectic.

Early birds get the best access! - I love taking tours that get in before the crowds. This tour not only was in before everyone, but we were also treated to the unlocking of the Tower by the guards.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a GREAT personality. He made it one of the more memorable tours we’ve ever taken.
The Crown Jewels were stunning!

Great tour - Dan was an excellent guide, knowledge and passionate. He engaged nicely with the group, answering questions and bringing history to life which made the tour not just informative but enjoyable. Had a great time!

Viator is the Problem - This is a review of my experience with Viator, not the tour. Due to the fire at London Heathrow we were unable to make this tour. Despite notifying Viator as soon as possible, their response was no refund. So if you are using Viator and expect customer service may I suggest you look elsewhere.
