Great tour - What a cool experience! They do a great job with this tour and ensuring you see all of the behind the scenes areas in the stadium. Our tour guide did a great job with adding details along the way. Great pace.

Impressive architecture - I have been many times inside the stadium but for concerts and football matches. The stadium is very impressive. The tour was an other level experience. You get to seat in the royal box, walk around the changing rooms, know about the history, world records, the football pitch is impressive. Our tour guide was funny and polite. I advise to buy tickets in advance you can get some great deals if you travel by train. They give you an option to take a professional photo and buy some of the prints for £10 £15 abd £20. Really I enjoyed the tour a lot.

Awesome VIP Tour with amazing staff. Highly recommended - I booked the VIP tour for my 8 year old daughter as part of her Xmas. I’d left a message when booking saying it was a gift from Santa. When we arrived the lovely lady at the reception desk had already seen the note and made a big fuss of my daughter; telling her they had received a special request from Santa that my daughter be given the full VIP treatment. My daughter’s face lit up. We really were treated like VIP’s by the fantastic staff at Wembley and we had a great day. My daughter is still talking about it non stop. I cant thank you and your staff enough and I’d highly recommend the VIP Wembley Tour.

A must visit! - What a great family experience. We arrived an hour before our scheduled slot and were very grateful they were able to accommodate us on an earlier tour. Once the tour began, our guide (Travis) led this brillianty. He was funny, engaging and very knowledgeable, making every aspect of the tour enjoyable and informative. I don't know if you can request a guide, but if you can would highly recommend Travis. It was great to see behind the scenes of the impressive stadium and walk out of the tunnel into the technical areas. The quality customer service didn't end once we had left the stadium, the following day I received a call to ask if I'd lost my bank card as one with my initials had been found. Fortunately, it wasn't mine, but was very impressed with them trying to contact the owner. We would highly recommend a tour!

Lots of fun photo opportunities - Super fun tour with enthusiastic guide and lots of photo opportunities. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice activity for London. Highly recommended.

Tour was great....admin of the booking was not - The tour itself was very good, met what we expected, and overall enjoyed the experience. Our tour guide (Daniel) was very engaging. The only gripe we had is that we booked on the 10.30am tour, received email confirmation etc. However when we arrived, we were told our time had changed to 11.00am, due to a VIP tour at 10.30! I checked my email, and I had received a notification of this just over an hour earlier. Giving an hours notice (especially when people travel) of a change in time, is not appropriate. It didn't spoil the tour experience, but I found this extremely unprofessional. We had booked 10.30 for a reason, and it may only be 30 minutes difference, but it altered our plans for the rest of the day.

Stunningly unprofessional - The following is on the Wembley Stadium website today, 04/01/25. It is all lies. When I asked about the Multi-Media devices I was told "we don' t have such a thing! Let's see if they update their website when they read this review Each visitor will be handed a Multi Media Guide on their arrival which is full of content and will act as your guide through the first two sections of the tour. Each visitor needs to wear the MMG around their neck as this acts as the stadium accreditation whilst on site The Multi Media Guides are available in English, French, Spanish, German, Mandarin and British Sign Language. The self-guided elements of the tour offer an audio translation and the guided element of the tour offers a visual translation of the key points discussed by the Tour Host at each stop point of the tour... You will be handed your Multi Media Guide and be able to go through the first two sections of the tour at your own pace. You will receive an alert on your MMG 5 minutes before your guided experience begins... For your guided experience, the Tour Host will escort you and the group around the more secure parts of the stadium, sharing facts and information at each key stop point. They will use the master device to share infographics and videos to your MMG.
