Great experience but not good organisation - The actual bus experience was great and Odin looked after us so well. The service from Tripadvisor was terrible. The time of the trip had been altered to three hours later than we had booked. We were not told so had to wait three hours in Victoria with two children who were very disappointed. This incurred extra costs for us. So far Tripadvisor have offered us 5% off a future trip as compensation….

Taylor swift tea time fun - The tour was amazing! Food and drinks were yummy! Our driver and the guide were wonderful. Ameen and Fernando were simply fantastic!

Worth every penny. An unforgettable experience. - This was a treat for my granddaughter’s birthday and she loved it from start to finish. The staff were kind and friendly. The bus colour was special, the food too and the London sightseeing was a great experience. 5***** Not to mention the music
I would certainly use this company again. Very happy with my choice.

Great day out - Great fun trip for the family. Our host Abrsola was amazing too. We had such a fun time seeing the sites of London and the food was great.

Amazing! - Absolutely fabulous! Good was very good, very well organised. We came for my daughter’s birthdays and they even sang happy birthday to the girls. A special mention to Diya and Dee who were great hostesses. Thank you again for having us

Amazing Taylor Swift Afternoon Tea - Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Food was amazing, staff were great, very friendly and looked after us. Music obviously great. Can highly recommend and huge thanks to Samani Ayaan for making our day special

Great Day Out - Had a fantastic day for my daughter's birthday trip, she got a small gift and the entire bus sang happy birthday. Paid for the premium seats as it was a special occasion and they did not disappoint had fantastic views of the city! However it was such a shame about the yellow bar going right through the middle of the front window which was at eye level for me. Food and drink was excellent and when the tour over ran due to traffic which is to be expected in central London the wait staff made sure we all had water.
The bus did not have AC and it was an extremely hot day, so if you're sensitive to heat maybe best to do this in the autumn winter.
The music was perfect playing a good mixture of Taylors mainstream radio hits and some of the hidden gems you can only find on the albums.
You get one cold drink and one hot drink as part of the package and you can keep the cups which was a nice touch.
The bus driver was so careful not a jerky journey at all, however he seemed to have no regard for red lights and liked his horn. There was a few moments where he was using bus lanes and forcing his way back into traffic which had a few hairy moments. he obviously had a schedule to keep to which we overran on by 40mins. If your nervous like me you may find it better to sit in the middle of the bus instead of the front. The lady at the table next to us was also commenting on how close he was getting to other vehicles.
Overall thought it was a great experience for myself and my daughter and we would do it again

A fun trip around London - We took the trip yesterday with children aged from 9-15. Chris and Dija were great hosts and Cleaveland was a careful driver.
There was plenty of food which was very tasty. The kids loved the bubble tea. The gift cups were a nice addition to take away.
Kids loved waving to everyone out the window and seeing the sights of London. Thanks for a fun tour.
