- Alcohol will only be served to those aged 18 and over - a valid ID will be required.
- There are no toilets on-board.
- Wheelchair users can sit on the lower deck, but will need to occupy one of the fixed position seats.
- Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult. Under 5s are not allowed.

Amazing Taylor Swift Afternoon Tea - Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Food was amazing, staff were great, very friendly and looked after us. Music obviously great. Can highly recommend and huge thanks to Samani Ayaan for making our day special

Great time on the Taylor Swift Bus - We had a fabulous time on the Taylor Swift tour bus - the food was lovely and our hosts were fantastic. Big shout out to Ayaan, Ameen and Zee for making the experience so great. THANK YOU

A lovely trip - My daughter really enjoyed herself, especially the music. The scones were great and so was the sight seeing.
The team were attentive and the food was good.

Swiftie experience - Swiftie experience! What a lovely day out. Such a great team on the bus, kind, friendly staff. The food was great though a few of the sandwiches I would have liked to swap. My daughter had a great time. Everyone was waving at the bus and taking pictures of it. Also I'm so lucky that we got seat number 1!

SO GOOD!!! - The food was very good!! It was very entertaining!!! Raja, Ameen and Fernando were great hosts. They granted our song request. But we would recommend if the songs were more mainstream or were from her ERAS TOUR setlist/playlist.
Overall, it was realllllyyyy fun!!! And one for the books! 🫶🏻

Customer service! My original tea bus got canceled due to unforseen circumstances and golden tours reached out to get me scheduled on a new bus. I also was upgraded to top floor ( not sure if that was because of the reschedule or that my bus wasn't sold out by either way I appreciated it)
Staff on the tea bus - Abisola took great care of everyone. She was kind and took pics for everyone. Brock was a good driver navigating London traffic.
Food - i thought there was the perfect about of food without being stuffed. The mini donuts and honey sauce were my fav.
Vibe - the vibe was fun and it was a nice relaxing way to see the city. Also they surprised everyone with a friendship bracelet. Bus is really cute!
Cons:
I thought the music could have been curated better. In only 2 hrs we heard shake it off and yntcd twice. Also no London boy or so long London??? It might have just been my tour but I had hoped more people would be singling along, but it was kind of an empty mid week day.
The souvenir cup is nice quality but not swiftie related, just the generic golden tour cup.
Overall I recommend the tour. It was enjoyable and a nice break from long days of walking around London.

been on better Afternoon tea buses - I took my Grandaughter on the tour purley for the Taylor Swift theme
Although i have been on several other afternoon tea buses this was the first time with Golden tours
Although it was not awful it was that good either !!
decor on the bus was tatty and hanging down,food was average
Before the bus even pulled away a full glass of prosecco was spilt all ove the person sitting next to me due to staff not placing the glass in holder,Atmosphere was bland
And was desrectfully asked to leave a tip for the staff and driver
Tips are earned not demanded

I can't shake it off. - Buckle up...
Customer service: Staff were very lovely, 10/10.
Food: Scones were standard, cakes tasted like they were from Iceland, which isn't terrible but they weren't really good either. The sandwiches were abhorrent. Filling?? What's that? So, I'll give it a 3.5/10.
Song selection: Music was quiet, you could hear everyone talk. I asked staff to turn the volume up and they did with no complaints. Terrible selection of all her songs. Most were really old stuff (which is fine, but mix it up?). People barely sung along. 2/10.
Decor: Cute enough, but I wasn't wowed. 7/10.
Drink: Presseco tasted like fizzy vinegar but what ya gonna do? Got one cup of tea in a travel mug you can take home, which is a nice touch I suppose? But picture looked like something you'd make on Microsoft paint. 4/10.
Overall vibe: Honestly it was boring. I can't say it needs to be cheaper, but it needs a lot of improvement. Better music and slightly better food, most definitely. It also tripled as an actual tour? So you got some random man on a speaker loudly announce you were at trafalgar square. Very odd. Please save your money and time, better off doing it at home. Also! They shaved off like 15 mins from the time. 3/10.

Let down - Stay clear we booked the Taylor swift afternoon tea they said we’d booked the panoramic tea Our children are 5and 9 also Taylor swift mad so know for sure what we’d book Another lady had the same issue but was allowed to board the ts bus Although my daughter was very distressed they wouldn’t allow us to board the bus We were ushered onto the panoramic bus When we first arrived at bus stop it was very disorganised being sent to stop after stop we have complained to golden tours to be ignored they’ve sent incorrect booking form We have asked for compensation to be told they can’t do anything else and have closed the case even though they’ve not made any attempt at a resolution
So having a 9th birthday celebration feel very let down by golden tours

Let down last minute - We booked the Taylor swift theme bus for my daughters birthday on her 18th birthday. We booked at least 4 weeks in advance. I recieved a call with 24hrs notice to say they had downgraded the premium seats I had booked to upper deck seats. I was told I'd get a refund for the difference. Then with further probing by myself was told I would be on a normal tea bus and no longer Taylor swift theme. Again I had to probe for more info. I was told Taylor theme was not popular. I requested a full refund and had no choice but to make last min alternative plans. I would recommend only booking if not a special occassion to avoid being let down as we was. Very poor!
