Great day out! - The clues were super easy to understand. We went in a group with ages ranging between 50+-13 and there were elements we all knew how to do. The areas around London we got to visit were beautiful (no spoilers) and some were places none of us had ever been before, even though we've lived in London our whole lives. It was a great day out and I'd definitely do this again

Entertaining afternoon - What a great way to spend the afternoon in and around Mayfair. We went with friends and had a great time trying to decipher the clues as well as stopping off and grabbing refreshments. Whilst you have a Team lead everyone is included in receiving the clues on their phone and anyone can respond with the answers. We didn’t break any records for the time to complete but thoroughly enjoyed the game. Great way to keep up your step count. Looking forward to doing the James Bond version in the near future.

Excellent Fun - The overall experience, was fantastic the way local businesses get involved. The clues are very well thought out whilst making you really think, but when looking around the answers are there if you look hard enough

Fun treasure hunt across London - This was so much fun and so well done! Great interaction with staff at the involved cafes and pubs, decent clues and great little reward at the end for working it out. Took us to some really lovely parts of London we didn't know existed. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Great fun half day out - What a great half day fun experience this is to have with family or a group of friends. Get to explore parts of London off the tourist trail whilst solving puzzles and navigating your route using criptic directions. All against the clock with opportunities for food and drink breaks along the way. Great fun

Amazing day out for dad's birthday - This is such fun experience, would highly recommend! I took my family on this experience for my dad's birthday, and we had a brilliant day. It's a great way to explore London, with fun clues that get you to use your brain but are also very enjoyable! The pub stops are great and it was really well designed. Great gift experience idea!

A very expensive, automated walking tour of London - As a seasoned attendee of immersive experiences, escape rooms and street games I'm quite honestly stunned this is so well rated. My voice may be lost amongst the rest, but I wanted so share my experience from someone who does a lot of these things. This is an automated walking tour. It takes you from place to place, and you follow directions from street to street. That's largely it. There are very few puzzles to be solved; you get a book at the beginning but beyond that there's little to do in terms of actual thinking. It's just walking, and walking and more walking. Given the price - £125 for just four players (and we weren't the most expensive slot) - I expected so much more. It's just a number of automated WhatsApp messages to guide you along. The website saying "interact with characters" is just a plain lie. Unless you count automated messages from a character, which I don't. I expected real people. The time is listed as 3 to 4 hours. Maybe if you stop a lot and do nothing. There is about 90 minutes of gameplay here - to claim 4 hours is absurd. We weren't even in the top 500, so we were going relatively slowly it seems - you may get even less time if running frantically like the promo videos imply. There's very little theming around Moriarty or the Sherlock universe. I mean this is a story RICH in history. Apart from a couple of name drops, this could have been any generic story and theme. I wasn't expecting actors at all points, but I thought for the denouement you'd at least have an exciting finale involving a special location and actors. But nope... you get parked in a pub. They called it the "safe house". No you're sat in a London pub. It makes me angry. The entire location trail of this was a chain café, a bar, then a pub. Sure you get to see the streets of London on route, but I can do that for free. Which leads me to costing. It's extortionate. If it were £30 for the entire team I would probably go "You know, you've put some effort into a curated tour, it's fine". But £31 - £35 PER person is not fine. And not only that, for every person you add they issue a full charge but nothing extra. In fact you get less to do as there's more of you, yet they more money for providing nothing more. I mean how can you justify a full charge just because you have someone standing next to you? Also at this cost, I expect more polish. It talks about getting festive treats at Paul, and wintery treats at the bar. In almost June. I mean come on, you've just charged me over £30 to send me some text messages - and you can't even be bothered to update it so it's relevant? We're almost half a year away from Christmas and you send out this SLOP for £30 a head? They also sent me review links for someone called Sophia who did the 007 challenge, nothing to do with me. It shows a real lack of attention to the product quality. The bar we went to was pathetic. They gave us a voucher for a £10 cocktail, available to use "any time". We went back two hours later and they said they didn't have the ingredients, tough luck it was for only one drink. They didn't say "tough luck", but that was may as well have done so with no alternative and no apology. It's appalling given the cost of the event. Frustratingly two more things on the value and cost front added to the sense of being ripped off. I was asked when booking if their "summer of treasure" motivated me to book. Yet the summer of treasure didn't even start until a week later, meaning we missed out on prizes. Yet still they asked if me if that motivated me to book. Sure, I love booking prizes I'll never win! Also when we looked at our game results at completion, the website said get 10% off your first booking - something I was not told when I booked, but instead when presented with my results. Why would anyone do this? I don't often get angry. I try to appreciate what people are trying to do with creative work and see some value. But with this it's hard to find anything positive to say. Expensive cost. You pay more to add people to your team and you get no more value. It's just an automated walking tour. We saw generic London locations with nothing individual or special for this event. You get told a discount after you book. You get told about a special promotion which takes place after your event. You don't get anything like what is promised in terms of interacting with characters, which you'd expect for the price. Please check out something like Phantom Peak. For a similar price you get to immerse yourself in a world of custom built sets, meet and interact with actors, solve puzzles, and experience well-made multimedia and world building which really make you feel part of an amazing world. It's a leagues ahead of this.
