Windsor Castle tour - The tour bus meeting spot was easy to find the guide was very helpful and explained everything. The ride was smooth. The bus was nice. There was enough time to tour the castle and have something to eat afterwards.

Royal Windsor is Gorgeous! - I loved the images of the castle and the tour itself, can't say much for the guide..seems he just rode the bus there then we were given earbobs to listen..even enjoyed the bus ride..Windsor is spectacular, worth seeing..didn't tip guide, he didn't do anything but give us landmarks where to meet.

Convenient visit to the castle if your time is limited - Comfortable and convenient transport to the castle (from the Victoria Station area) with tickets and an escort to the entry made our quick visit to Windsor Castle much easier.

Windsor Castle Well Worth Visiting- Must See - We loved our visit to Windsor Castle. The bus ride was relaxing and the leader and driver were very nice. The leader was also well spoken and informative. Using headphones was adequate for this tour. I would go again in a heartbeat.

It is a beautiful castle... - It is a beautiful castle and church! The ques were not too long. The only thing that saddened me is there just wasn't enough time to walk the front lawn for a great picture of the entire castle.

Think Twice - It took 2 hours to drive to Windsor Castle on a Wednesday and another 2 hours to return to the bus stop, leaving us with ONLY 2 hours to tour the entire castle. Bus air conditioning was on high throughout the return drive with frigid air below 60 degrees. Driver would not adjust the air conditioning. Evan Evans “tour guide” provided zero narration while on the bus and was merely a a group leader to get us into the castle.

Windsor Castle splendor - It was a dream to finally see Windsor Castle in person. Sadly, all we got to see was St George’s Chapel. There wasn’t time for anything else. We also were suppose to have had a tea service as part of our package. Nothing. It wasn’t what we had thought it would be as far as what we had booked and paid for. But, seeing the history there was beautiful! Paying our respects to the late monarchs was very moving.

They Cancelled Us the Day Before We Flew to London - We were scheduled for the afternoon tour on Saturday, June 28th and the day before we flew to London they cancelled due to "low attendance". Since we had planned our other daily activities around this afternoon tour, it left a gaping hole in our schedule. How in the heck is there low attendance on a Saturday during the peak tourist season for a popular attraction? Sometimes these tour companies need to just suck it up and provide good customer service. We question whether our discounted fare via Tingly caused them to cancel us in favor of more expensive fares. It would be interesting to know this. Would definitely not recommend this company.
