Early Access Tour of London - Our guide David was amazing, even though he was a West Ham fan. His knowledge of London and its history was immense. We were in London for 4 days and his tour was the highlight of our trip. The early access tour to see the Crown Jewels was a lovely bonus. I truly appreciated his reverence for the late Elizabeth II was touching and deserved.

Towers, Jewels, Beefeaters, Boat Rides and Historic Buildings - We had an amazing trip for Early Access to Tower of London and the Crown Jewels. Our guide, Jeremy, was outstanding; knowledgeable, humorous and kept us on time. He also had the sound earpieces, so we were able to hear commentary after we left the Tower of London. The tour began with a brief overview outside the Tower of London. As the entry time approached, we proceeded to the entry of the tower. We were greeted by the Beefeaters. We learned the significance of the opening ceremony and the keys that represent the monarchy. They also shared how a Beefeater is selected and the presence of the guards who protect the Tower 24/7. The Crown Jewel exhibit is extraordinary. No pictures to share as photos are prohibited in there. Some areas have moving "sidewalks" to keep the process timely given the crowds expected. Following the jewels, we had ample time to tour the various levels of the "white tower." Inside were various artifacts of the early times in London. Armors for men (Henry VIII had many) along with their horses. Jousting spears and swords, prisons and early Treasury. The top floor had an interactive display of many buildings and samples to try your hand at swords. When we exited the Tower, we had an opportunity to meet Tracy, one of only 6 female Beefeaters. She was a marvelous Ambassador! She lives on premises with her husband and young son. Our tour included a boat ride to Big Ben, through the gardens and past Parliament buildings and ended across the plaza from Buckingham Palace. The tour lasted approximately 4 hours. At the conclusion, Jeremy provided nearby lunch options including local Pubs.

Great Tour! Well Worth the Cost! - The guide, David, wonderful. He explained everything quite well and kept it interesting. Getting early access is well worth it as well. This is the only way to see the tower!

- Our Tower of London experience was exceptional. Jeremy did an outstanding job of ensuring we were in position for the opening ceremony with minimal waiting and gave us great tips on how to navigate the site. He was exceptional in offering his insights and was very engaged with us and the rest of the tour group. The Thames cruise was fun and informative. By plan, we did not stay with this group for the walking tour at the end but this was because, in our discussions with Urban Saunters, we learned that the content overlapped another tour we booked with them. I want to acknowledge the company for helping us tailor the tours to work best for us! Such a great morning!!

Jocelyn Nichols - My guide was Babs, she was absolutely amazing! Gave a wonderful guided tour and was very mindful to give tips and tricks to be helpful with making our way around . I especially appreciated her as I was travelling solo and she paid attention to ensure we were all accounted for and got everything we needed out of the tour. I highly recommend booking tickets ahead after seeing the crowds and line ups behind us . We went in and seen everything easily and smoothly with no waits a crowds . Great tour

Tower of London with an ex London Met officer. - David was an exceptional guide today, he gave us all the expected commentary plus added his own personal touches and experience. The nerdy (his words) nuggets of wisdom and knowledge he gave us really put him a few levels above a normal guide. It was a heartfelt moment when he explained the tragic murder of one of his former colleagues, who was attacked and stabbed to death by a terrorist as we were standing on the exact spot the officer died. David please keep doing what you do, passing on your knowledge to the tourists in amazing London and thank you for your 22 years of Met service. The Aussies.

The best way to see London’a highlights - This was such a wonderful way to see London without spending hours and hour walking especially with kids. Jeremy our guide was the BEST! Jeremy had so much information without boring us and just talking. He was funny and professional and so knowledgeable. We have so much time in the London Tower we really saw it all without being rushed. I loved the first entry without the ques and lines of people. The boat rode was so enjoyable (I highly recommend it!) and then the walking portion was slow with lots of stops and just relaxing. Nothing like a 5mile walk and everyone is bored and exhausted. Just lovely and exactly as described. Thank you Jeremy!!!!
