A great insite into Rock and Metal history of Soho. It's worth going on this tour. - Being an old school heavy rock and metal fan, I decided to go on this tour. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the tour guide, but he really knew his genre of music extremely well. He took me and the other guests to the shops near Tottenham Court Road which sells musical instruments and where some of the famous rock stars practised. Even if your not into this type of music, you will learn quite a lot about this genre. I also told some of the guests about some of the clubs and a pub which sadly no longer exists, which I used to go to when I was a lot younger. One of the places you will be shown is where the Marquee Club in Wardour Street used to be, it will take you by surprise at the amount of famous rock and metal bands that played there. One band that took me by surprise was Def Leppard and I asked the tour guide if this was before or after the drummer had his bad accident. Those who know about this kind of music and the band will know what I'm talking about, I'm not giving anything away here. I hate to end my review on a sad note but when I went on this walking tour, it was five days after Ozzy Osbourne passed away. We must not forget him or Black Sabbath, because without them the heavy metal music genre wouldn't even exist. A lot of the famous heavy metal bands like Metallica and the heavy metal fans owe him and Black Sabbath a debt of gratitude,. Here's to you Ozzy, you will be sadly missed and I hope you rock in peace.

Brilliant morning spent with a very knowledgeable guide! - This was something different for us on a Sunday morning. Met Evren in Soho, what a great guy who really knew his stuff. We have come away knowing so much more about a range of groups, including The Beatles, Hendrix and the heady days of music in the 60s and 70s. Our guide really brought things to life and was able to answer lots of our questions. This tour is a 'MUST DO' for anyone visiting London! We finished off with lunch in the Dog and Duck. A great day out!

It’s only rock and roll but I like it - We had a great time with Evren who was our guide on the rock and roll history tour. His knowledge was outstanding and we saw many cool spots where the best bands stayed, played and made rock and roll history. Highly recommend this tour with Evren.

Rock out! - Evren was an extremely knowledgeable tour guide with stories for days. He’s also a friendly conversationalist and is really into music. We got to go to all the best stops showing where all the best rock bands got their start, recorded and hung out. We even got to share a beer in a pub after the tour where he shared his own personal experience in the music industry. If you love music, you’ll love this tour!

Great tour for music lovers - Everen was a fantastic, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable tour guide for this wonderful tour. My husband and I both love our music, but there was info that we had never heard before. Also, to see where so much musical history took place was amazing. Everen even put up with our best friends, turning up a surprise for my husbands 50th at the final pub destination. Many music stories were swapped, and a good time was had by all. Thoroughly recommend.

Possibly the highlight of our entire London trip - This was possibly the best 2 hours we spent in London. Evern’s knowledge and storytelling was inspiring. And to see that so many great bands played with roots in this tiny area before they became big was mind blowing. Iconic area, and Evern is a great conduit to deliver the history. Highly recommend!
