Tour Guide was a Jack the Ripper Expert! - Our guide Mick, was clearly very knowledgeable on the subject. If there is anything I can suggest for improvement, it's to perhaps highlight the significance of each spot before going into the details, to make things even clearer. Overall, really appreciate having been gone on a Jack the Ripper tour with someone who was clearly very passionate about the history, and about ensuring accuracy.

An experience to Die For - It was a great experience! Mick the guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We hit all the spots and regardless of the typical London weather, we’re entertained beginning to end. Nice ending at the Bell pub and the “Ripper Vision” wrap up. Buy Mick’s book!!!

Very good historical walking tour of Ripper history. - A very good walking tour lasting 2 hours with lots of history included. KlareV was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. We had the advantage of a small group.

Very informative.....and creepy - Interesting perspective on the Ripper murders. Being in the actual locations lend a certain creepiness to it.

Super way to spend Saturday - Super way to spend Saturday! Mick was an excellent guide- entertaining, knowledgeable and genuinely charming. My daughters were sceptical to begin with, but they were quickly hooked on the story. Mick was happy to answer questions, (and I had plenty!). It was great to hear him give his spin on the all important "whodunnit" Highly recommended, we all came away with smiles on our faces having learned something new. Book now, you won't be disappointed

Teens and rubber neckers - There are precious few illuminated visions but they add juice to the narrative. We're not rubbernecking fools but we gad a 12 year old granddaughter along. She enjoyed the talk. Us - we would have not gone. Guide was properly dramatic but subject was not intragel part of London

Not as expected - The Guide was very knowledgeable but the overall experience was not what we expected. We spent a great deal of time walking around to areas that had no bearing on the Ripper experience. So we decided to leave the party after 2hours without experiencing anymore than we already knew. We found that too much of exsisting area had changed and been replaced which made it hard to imagine the true story of the Ripper.

It’s an OK tour, quite graphic, but a bit lacking in context for me, - The tour was comprehensive, with a lot of information given on the background of the victims, and the manner in which they were killed. RipperVision (projection of images from a handheld projector) added to it, more than I expected, especially given that we did the 5pm tour in august, so it was still daylight. So why only three stars? Harry, the guide, was fluent in his delivery, but pretty jaded. He’d wrap up each section by abruptly turning and walking briskly to the next stop. He didn’t really seem interested in engaging with questions, generally responding with “good question, we’ll be getting to that later”). Also, and he was pretty clear about this from the beginning (though I wish they’d been a bit more clear on the website when I booked, because this wasn’t my primary interest), this is a tour for people who want to hear *all* the gory details. How were the victims killed exactly, how many knife wounds, which body parts were targeted, were they dismembered/difigured, and if so, where were the body parts found? There just wasn’t that much historical context. What was the press saying? How were the women viewed, either as prostitutes/alcoholics (while alive) or victims (dead). Did people blame the victims, the killer, or both. He did mention police forces (which had been established decades earlier), but really only in passing. What methods did they use?

Lacking in WOW factor - The tour just felt flat and there was so much walking for very little to see. On reflection though, considering the reign of terror was nearly 150yrs ago, I shouldn't have expected to see much. 2 streets from that era were still there that were connected to JTR, but you had to have a good imagination to put yourself back in those days. The tour guide had faultless and incredible knowledge, so credit to him, but would I recommend the tour, don't know if I would
