Great tour with lots of very personal insights - Great entertaining guide who has its own music career footprint as a guitarist, disclosing numerous personal stories with and about Queen members & entourage at that time which made the tour experience very authentic. All in all, we made more than 6km all over Kensington to visit several spots, but the area is worth to be viewed anyway. Highly to recommend.

Great trip down memory late with Queen Highlights - Really lovely experience with Charly, very knowledgeable and approachable. Charly was keen to ensure we had a good experience, putting us at ease with any language barrier. We faced a (short) torrential rain outburst and a protest in the middle of the itinerary but he kept smiling and found alternative ways to give us the best tour possible. Added bonus: some historical info was shared, always great for pub trivia! Highly recommend.

Disappointing - We were really looking forward to this tour but it was not like any other walking tour we have done. Michael the guide was pleasant but disengaged with the group, only talking with people if presenting information or answering questions. Other tour guides we have had have been more interested and interactive with the group. We felt the information was presented in a disjointed manner. It would have been helpful to have an overview of the route before starting to help with orientation. There are long stretches of walking between each stop. Michael walked at a pace well ahead of the group without once looking back to check if people were managing, only stopping to cross roads or at the next stop. Some people in the group found the pace a bit difficult. We felt there were missed opportunities of providing general information about the history/timeline of the group (for people who aren't die hard fans) and the area we were walking in, or what London was like at the time Queen were at their prime.

There was no one at the meeting point - The worst thing that happened in my life, there was no one at the meeting point and we were left to go around to see if we found anyone and nothing, the phone no one picked up, and on top of that till today no one talks about returning money. I hope there won't be any complaints because I feel like I'm being teased
