Amazing and fun guide! - Ollie was a wonderful guide, loved her energy and she was well prepared for us! With a short amount of time that we had, she was able to show us all the hidden gems in London and had great recommendations, highly recommend her to be your private guide!

Private Tour - Ollie is simply the best tour guide I’ve ever had! My husband and I booked a 5-hour private tour, and it was worth every penny. Not only did we see all the major attractions, but Ollie also made sure we experienced some of London’s culinary delights – mango sauce with fish & chips, who knew?! She has an incredible eye for detail and knew exactly where to go for those postcard-worthy photos. Her driving was impeccable, and she made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I can’t recommend her enough. She truly made our London trip unforgettable!

Best London Tour - We had the pleasure of doing a private day tour with Ollie, and it was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. Ollie’s passion for London’s history and culture truly shines through in every moment. She made sure we visited all the iconic landmarks that we wanted. She even tailored the tour to include a stop for tea at a cozy little shop – such a thoughtful touch! We’ll cherish the memories (and the incredible photos she took for us). A must-do if you’re in London!

Highly Recommended Tour! - I don’t usually write reviews, but this tour deserves all the praise. I booked a walking tour because I wanted a mix of history, sightseeing, and a bit of exercise, and it exceeded my expectations. Sarah struck the perfect balance between being informative and fun, sharing fascinating stories without it ever feeling like a lecture. She was attentive to everyone and great with the kids. London is an incredible city, but seeing it through Ollie’s eyes made it even more special. Don’t miss this experience!

A very fulsome London in a Day experience - Our guide Ollie was very knowledgeable about London culture, history, and was able to provide us with a decent overall London experience relative to the time allotted. In addition to visiting the usual tourist locations such as Big Ben, the London Bridge, the Tower of London, Thames River, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc., Ollie also gave us the added bonus of taking us to certain hidden London secrets that the typical tourist would not be aware of (e.g. Borough Market, Chinatown, Picadelly Circus, Leicester Square, etc.) which was awesome! We were provided lunch at a pub and were able to experience fish and chips English style. Overall, I would highly recommend taking this tour if you have a day to spend in London and want to get an overview of the city as well as visit historic sites.

A wonderful experience - We had an awesome experience in this tour around London, especial regards to Sarah, she was like a family taking us everywhere, we spent wonderful a fun time with her and we would take this tour again

Do not recommend - waste of money - The whole experience was disorganized and was way overpriced for what we got. For the amount we spent and were offered for the cost, the guide should have thoughtfully planned out the tour with us (something offered as it being able to be tailored to our needs and wants) and then done the logistics and planning to make sure we got to see what we actually wanted to see; the price should’ve also included admission to any ticketed events, but it did not. Rather, the guide was quite pushy, judgmental and is literally holding the photos she took of us hostage until we write a “good review”. Luckily, I took enough pictures on my own, so that I could write an honest review. We have taken several tours with Viator, for much less money that were much much better with more activities and planned out in a way that made sense. Pros: 1. Knowledge of some history and architecture. 2. Listened to what we wanted. 3. Worked with us on several scheduling mishaps. 4. Moments of enthusiasm 5. Made sure we were set at the end of tour where we wanted to be dropped off. Cons: I. Several comments about cost of our hotel 2. Continued reminders to be appreciative of her/her efforts and to say please and thank you. 3. Too touchy and physical. 4. Changing of the guard portion was terrible. She knew we wanted it from the beginning but got us there too late to actually see anything (aside from a procession that she videoed for us because we were too short to see and then expected extra thanks and recognition for). She also left us there, in a crowd that almost became violent, and expected us to make our way back to her and the car. It did not feel safe. 5. Took us to several places we had already told her we’d seen. 6. Lunch was not good at all but it was clear she wanted to take us there (maybe had a deal with them) and then questioned/pressured us over and over to tell us how great everything was. 7. We signed up for this tour so we could have a different experience than the hop on hop off type tour so that is more personalized to what we wanted, included entrance fees and tours of specific sites (not just pictures) and to have a nice experience. We were very disappointed.

Avoid at All Costs - Where to even begin? I’d perhaps start with: don’t book this. Ollie is not someone whose company you’d want to endure for the duration of this tour. She’s bullish, aggressive, ill-informed, uses inappropriate language in front of children, and turns very simple tasks into overly stressful and unnecessarily complicated situations. A particular highlight was her insistence that the construction of a church predated Christianity by 600 years—an utterly baffling claim. We couldn’t wait for this to be over. I’m not sure if London requires its tour guides to be licensed, as is the case in most European countries, but I highly doubt this guide has the necessary credentials. She seems to rely on overseas customers to pull the wool over people’s eyes. The cost is entirely disproportionate to the quality of the experience. You’d have a much better time in an Uber.

Disappointing and Overpriced - We were really looking forward to our private day tour in London, but it fell far short of our expectations. The guide was unenthusiastic and seemed more interested in sticking to a script than engaging with us or answering questions. For the price we paid, I expected much more personalized attention and a deeper insight into the city’s history. We also spent too much time in traffic rather than seeing the key attractions.
